Les actionnaires se frottent d\u00e9j\u00e0 les mains.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La FEB r\u00e9torque: <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;accord de gouvernement est ambitieux. Il comporte tous les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires au rel\u00e8vement de la croissance et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux emplois. Sur la base des informations aujourd&rsquo;hui disponibles, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un ensemble coh\u00e9rent visant \u00e0 renforcer notre comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 (e.a. r\u00e9sorption de notre handicap salarial accumul\u00e9 depuis 1996, introduction d&rsquo;une norme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, maintien de la d\u00e9duction des int\u00e9r\u00eats notionnels, &#8230;). Des r\u00e9formes structurelles approfondies sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vues au niveau des pensions, du march\u00e9 du travail, des soins de sant\u00e9, &#8230; Enfin, le budget renouera avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre structurel. Dans un pays d\u00e9j\u00e0 surtax\u00e9, il faut en principe \u00e9viter tout imp\u00f4t additionnel mais, compte rendu de l&rsquo;assainissement colossal \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, chacun comprendra qu&rsquo;un glissement fiscal est in\u00e9luctable. Elle se f\u00e9licite \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;ambition du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de r\u00e9duire la charge fiscale totale d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 la fin de la l\u00e9gislature.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Union des Classes Moyennes encha\u00eene: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le programme du nouveau gouvernement suscite l&rsquo;espoir des entrepreneurs, ind\u00e9pendants et PME. Il met de c\u00f4t\u00e9 le communautaire et promet l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre budg\u00e9taire en 2018, surtout par une r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9penses publiques excessives. Il s&rsquo;attaque r\u00e9solument au grave probl\u00e8me du co\u00fbt du travail, en promettant de gommer le handicap salarial accumul\u00e9 par rapport aux pays voisins depuis 1996. Les baisses de charges annonc\u00e9es sont de nature \u00e0 ramener le co\u00fbt du travail dans le domaine de l&rsquo;acceptable, surtout si l&rsquo;on ajoute les effets d&rsquo;un saut d&rsquo;index, socialement corrig\u00e9. En ce qui concerne le march\u00e9 du travail, la volont\u00e9 est clairement de le rendre plus souple : annualisation du temps de travail, r\u00e9vision du cr\u00e9dit-temps sans motif, \u00e9valuation des cons\u00e9quences de la suppression de la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;essai&#8230; L&rsquo;UCM salue aussi la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;allonger les carri\u00e8res, \u00e9volution indispensable \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat lib\u00e9ral fait part de sa consternation: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Travailler encore plus et obtenir moins : du jamais vu! L&rsquo;\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de la pension sera relev\u00e9 tout comme les \u00e2ges d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;entreprise (ex-pr\u00e9pension). Il y aura aussi l&rsquo;attaque contre le cr\u00e9dit-temps et les emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re et, par-dessus le march\u00e9, un saut d\u2019index\u2026 Vouloir en m\u00eame temps augmenter l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de la pension et op\u00e9rer des coupes sombres dans le cr\u00e9dit-temps et les emplois de fin de carri\u00e8re constitue un grave recul en mati\u00e8re de travail soutenable. Par ailleurs, il avait toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 dit que l&rsquo;on ne se focaliserait pas sur l&rsquo;augmentation de l\u2019\u00e2ge de la pension, mais que la longueur de la carri\u00e8re serait la priorit\u00e9. De plus, cela r\u00e9duit les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019embauches pour les jeunes. Pour rappel, en Su\u00e8de les plus \u00e2g\u00e9s travaillent plus longtemps qu\u2019en Belgique avec comme cons\u00e9quence que le ch\u00f4mage des jeunes est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 25 %. Par ailleurs, le durcissement des conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s au ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d\u2019entreprise (ancienne pr\u00e9pension), aggrave encore ce probl\u00e8me. Enfin, le saut d\u2019index unique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie uniquement aux employeurs. Les travailleurs sont p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s tandis que les grosses fortunes semblent encore s\u2019en tirer \u00e0 bon compte. De telles d\u00e9cisions, m\u00eame \u00ab one-shot \u00bb, ont des cons\u00e9quences sur toute la dur\u00e9e de la carri\u00e8re et sur les droits sociaux qui en d\u00e9coulent. Les jeunes sont donc encore plus p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s par cette mesure.
