Cependant, il est probable que les textes de loi qui sortiront du compromis de la concertation sociale n\u2019offriront que peu d\u2019avanc\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLoin d\u2019\u00eatre inutiles, ceux-ci vont r\u00e9glementer des pratiques qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en vigueur dans les entreprises les plus avanc\u00e9es quant \u00e0 l\u2019agilit\u00e9 organisationnelle. L\u2019annualisation du temps de travail, l\u2019organisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail occasionnel, l\u2019\u00e9pargne carri\u00e8re ou encore les horaires flottants (pour ne citer que quelques mesures) sont autant de bonnes id\u00e9es\u2026 qui existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 et se pratiquent intensivement dans des entreprises qui ont conclu des accords internes et qui s\u2019en portent tr\u00e8s bien.
