Federgon pr\u00e9cise en effet que la croissance \u00e9conomique reste mod\u00e9r\u00e9e mais que l&#8217;emploi retrouve de jolies couleurs. Bien entendu, ces donn\u00e9es ne tiennent pas compte de la rentr\u00e9e de septembre et sa (traditionnelle&#8230;) vague de restructurations.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re croissance \u00e9conomique au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre (+0,5% sur une base trimestrielle), l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge a conserv\u00e9 l\u2019allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e des trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Cette croissance r\u00e9alis\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure aux pr\u00e9visions. Depuis deux ans, la hausse du PIB oscille entre 1,3% et 1,5% en glissement annuel. La croissance du PIB a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par les d\u00e9penses int\u00e9rieures, tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des m\u00e9nages, qui ont augment\u00e9 leurs d\u00e9penses de consommation et leurs investissements en b\u00e2timents r\u00e9sidentiels, que du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des entreprises, dont les investissements bruts en actifs immobilis\u00e9s ont aussi augment\u00e9. Les d\u00e9penses de consommation et les investissements des administrations publiques ont \u00e9galement enregistr\u00e9 une hausse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse macro-\u00e9conomique propos\u00e9e par Federgon poursuit sur le th\u00e8me de l\u2019emploi int\u00e9rieur <em>\u00ab\u00a0qui a progress\u00e9 de 0,2% au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2016 sur une base trimestrielle, et de 1,0% sur une base annuelle.\u00a0Sur le march\u00e9 du travail, la baisse des chiffres du ch\u00f4mage se poursuit (-4,3%), en lien direct avec la hausse de l\u2019emploi (+1,0%). En revanche, le ch\u00f4mage temporaire s\u2019est inscrit en hausse, surtout \u00e0 Bruxelles \u00e0 la suite des attentats. L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la confiance des chefs d\u2019entreprise au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre permet d\u2019esp\u00e9rer que l\u2019emploi pourra continuer \u00e0 progresser au cours du prochain trimestre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recrutement et int\u00e9rim : les grands b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019augmentation de l\u2019emploi qui se manifeste surtout dans les secteurs marchands se traduit depuis plusieurs trimestres d\u00e9j\u00e0 par une hausse du nombre de missions de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection. Il n\u2019en a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 autrement au cours du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e (+34,1%). L\u2019augmentation de la demande sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9rim s\u2019est \u00e9galement poursuivie, mais \u00e0 un rythme moins soutenu qu\u2019en 2015 (+6,8%), ce qui est bien entendu li\u00e9 au fait que les chiffres de l\u2019an dernier \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bons.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> En ce qui concerne le placement de project professionals, le tableau est plus contrast\u00e9. Alors que la demande en Int\u00e9rim Managers reste forte (+15,0%), l\u2019activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du projectsourcing s\u2019inscrit en baisse pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre cons\u00e9cutif (-2,4%), et ce apr\u00e8s quelques trimestres en croissance z\u00e9ro. On observe cependant dans le projectsourcing de grandes disparit\u00e9s entre les diff\u00e9rents segments d\u2019activit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres mouvements significatifs, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration insiste sur la gestion des titres-services et sur l&rsquo;outplacement. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les entreprises titres-services priv\u00e9es ont vu une nouvelle fois leur activit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augmenter (+4,8%), et ce dans les trois r\u00e9gions. En d\u00e9pit des d\u00e9fis et risques consid\u00e9rables \u00e0 g\u00e9rer sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel, il semble que la r\u00e9gionalisation soit assez bien \u2018dig\u00e9r\u00e9e\u2019.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Le secteur de l\u2019outplacement s\u2019est \u00e0 nouveau inscrit en repli avec -11,2%.
