Les entreprises coop\u00e9ratives restent des exceptions dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de march\u00e9. Toutefois, certaines parviennent \u00e0 r\u00e9concilier les objectifs de profit et de d\u00e9veloppement des relations humaines.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La coop\u00e9rative namuroise Damnet f\u00eate ses 15 ans. Nous avons partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience et sa philosophie manag\u00e9riales \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de notre dossier Peoplesphere n\u00b0196 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/psfr196\/\">voir ici)<\/a>. Son CEO, J\u00e9rome Herman, t\u00e9moigne de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat du mod\u00e8le coop\u00e9ratif dans le contexte actuel :<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0En cette p\u00e9riode de crise, o\u00f9 le citoyen ne voit plus les monde \u00e9conomique et de l\u2019entreprise qu\u2019\u00e0 la solde du capitalisme et des actionnaires avides de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, o\u00f9 le travailleur vit dans la crainte d\u2019une d\u00e9localisation ou d\u2019une fermeture arbitraire comme r\u00e9cemment encore chez Caterpillar, nombreux sont ceux partis \u00e0 la recherche de mod\u00e8les d\u2019organisation qui concilient \u00e0 la fois l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et la pr\u00e9servation des relations sociales. Dans cette optique, les coop\u00e9ratives sont revenues sur le devant de la sc\u00e8ne. En Belgique, Damnet \u2013 soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l\u2019installation et la maintenance de r\u00e9seaux et parcs informatiques &#8211; c\u00e9l\u00e8bre en ce mois de septembre ses 15 ans d\u2019existence et se veut \u00eatre un exemple moteur de l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 que repr\u00e9sente le mod\u00e8le coop\u00e9ratif.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;entreprise pr\u00e9sente un bilan tr\u00e8s positif\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous pouvons non seulement dire que nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un endroit o\u00f9 il fait bon travailler, mais nous avons aussi montr\u00e9 que nous \u00e9tions capables de cr\u00e9er de l\u2019emploi, de faire \u00e9voluer nos activit\u00e9s et de faire reposer tout cela sur un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9mocratique (un homme, une voix) et p\u00e9renne (bonne structure financi\u00e8re). C\u2019est aussi 15 ann\u00e9es durant lesquelles nous avons construit une client\u00e8le en nous reposant uniquement sur le bouche-\u00e0-oreille et la notori\u00e9t\u00e9, nous avons le plaisir de souligner que nous avons une relation avec nos clients qui va au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une simple relation client\/fournisseur, qui est une vraie coop\u00e9ration.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tous associ\u00e9s !\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tous les travailleurs deviennent associ\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de minimum un an d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9. Le DG poursuit : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ceci g\u00e9n\u00e8re une implication tr\u00e8s forte dans le projet d&rsquo;entreprise et dans le souci de la qualit\u00e9 du service propos\u00e9 au client. Le principe de d\u00e9cision est une personne, une voix (au contraire du principe habituel : une part, une voix). A l\u2019heure de la globalisation, l\u2019image que le monde \u00e9conomique et les autorit\u00e9s politiques ont des coop\u00e9ratives doit changer, et pas dans une simple revendication id\u00e9aliste. Les coop\u00e9ratives sont des entreprises consacrant la primaut\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eatre humain sur la croissance et le profit \u00e0 tout prix, tout en fonctionnant selon une logique d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et de libre entreprise. Elles se fondent sur des valeurs humanistes, offrant le visage d\u2019une \u00e9conomie d\u00e9mocratique, empreinte de justice sociale et de respect pour l\u2019environnement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;\u00e9vidence, le mod\u00e8le r\u00e9pond \u00e0 diverses aspirations soci\u00e9tales. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Herman confirme : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Je pense que le mod\u00e8le coop\u00e9ratif pourrait bel et bien \u00eatre reconnue \u00e0 l\u2019avenir comme un mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprise \u00e0 m\u00eame de concr\u00e9tiser la \u00ab responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises \u00bb dont on parle tant de nos jours. Mais ce regain d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les coop\u00e9ratives ne tient pas seulement \u00e0 des consid\u00e9rations d\u2019ordre \u00e9thique. La crise \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re qui secoue le monde depuis maintenant plus de cinq ans a mis en \u00e9vidence les exc\u00e8s du syst\u00e8me \u00e9conomique en place et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de le refonder sur de nouvelles bases. A cet \u00e9gard, le mod\u00e8le coop\u00e9ratif pourrait \u00eatre porteur de solutions, les coop\u00e9ratives ayant d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur r\u00e9silience \u00e0 la crise. En effet, diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que ces entreprises avaient beaucoup mieux r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 la crise de 2008-2009. D\u2019autres \u00e9tudes ont mis en \u00e9vidence le fait que parmi les entreprises coop\u00e9ratives peu d\u2019emplois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perdus et que peu de fermetures d\u2019entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es suite \u00e0 la crise. Ne recherchant pas le profit \u00e0 tout prix et n\u2019\u00e9tant pas li\u00e9es aux fluctuations de la bourse, les coop\u00e9ratives sont per\u00e7ues comme des employeurs responsables. Les d\u00e9localisations et les licenciements collectifs restent exceptionnels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En Belgique francophone, l\u2019ensemble des acteurs convergent pour reconna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale comme un troisi\u00e8me secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, distinct des secteurs priv\u00e9 et public, regroupant notamment les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s coop\u00e9ratives et\/ou \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 sociale. L\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale repr\u00e9sentait (chiffres 2013), en Belgique francophone, 1525 entreprises, dont 364 coop\u00e9ratives, et fournissait 56777 emplois. Au niveau mondial, il existerait 761221 coop\u00e9ratives et mutuelles, regroupant 813,5 millions de membres, fournissant 6,9 millions d\u2019emplois (Unrisd, 2014). Rien qu\u2019au sein de l\u2019UE, 2 millions d\u2019organisations d\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale emploient 11 millions de personnes (6% des travailleurs).<\/p>\n<p>Et de conclure : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Face aux transformations des march\u00e9s et \u00e0 une concurrence accrue, le mod\u00e8le coop\u00e9ratif, loin d\u2019\u00eatre fig\u00e9, a toujours su faire preuve d\u2019un remarquable sens d\u2019adaptation et d\u2019innovation. Par la stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, la qualit\u00e9 de service et la performance \u00e9conomique qu\u2019il garantit, le syst\u00e8me coop\u00e9ratif constitue donc un v\u00e9ritable mod\u00e8le d\u2019avenir non seulement pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie, mais aussi pour un d\u00e9veloppement plus durable et une justice sociale. Les coop\u00e9ratives sont donc des entreprises pour un monde meilleur.
