S&rsquo;ils ont le choix entre deux jobs similaires, 27% (43% dans l&rsquo;ensemble du monde) opteront sans h\u00e9siter pour l&rsquo;entreprise qui pourra d\u00e9montrer une contribution positive \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs qui s&rsquo;impliquent dans des aspects environnementaux et sociaux pr\u00e9sentent un avantage pour leur personnel. Ainsi, 31% des r\u00e9pondants (41% au plan mondial) valorisent les initiatives conduites dans le domaine de la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises (RSE). Mais ils sont 21% (29% dans l&rsquo;ensemble du monde) \u00e0 juger que trop peu d&rsquo;information est communiqu\u00e9e sur ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres r\u00e9sultats marquants de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, relevons qu&rsquo;un cinqui\u00e8me des r\u00e9pondants (33% au plan mondial) veulent s&rsquo;engager eux-m\u00eames dans les \u0153uvres soutenues par leur entreprise.\u00a0Une importante proportion des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent que les entreprises de leur secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 devraient davantage s&rsquo;investir dans la RSE ( 23% &#8211; 40% dans l&rsquo;ensemble du monde) et dans les bonnes causes (27% &#8211; 37% au plan mondial).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire, mais les employeurs ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans leur approche. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du salaire, des avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux et de la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler de fa\u00e7on flexible, c&rsquo;est, pour les travailleurs, un autre facteur important dans le choix d&rsquo;un employeur. Les entreprises &lsquo;conscientis\u00e9es&rsquo; attirent aussi plus facilement les meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u201d<\/em>, conclut William Willems, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Regus, commanditaire de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie : presque 40.000 professionnels de plus de 100 pays \u2013 dont pr\u00e8s de 300 Belges &#8211; ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en ligne en janvier 2016. Ces contacts proviennent de la base de donn\u00e9es internationale de Regus, qui comprend plus d\u2019un million de professionnels. Ils constituent un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif de dirigeants et de propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprises du monde entier.
