La restructuration annonc\u00e9e par le groupe ING est sans doute embl\u00eamatique \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard car au-del\u00e0 des licenciements pr\u00e9vus concernant les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du groupe, plus de 2.000 travailleurs d\u00e9pendent d&rsquo;agences g\u00e9r\u00e9s par des ind\u00e9pendants qui sont susceptibles de devoir arr\u00eater leurs activit\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est un cas d&rsquo;\u00e9cole sans aucun doute. Les entreprises confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique de redimensionnement peuvent-elles encore aujourd&rsquo;hui traiter les collaborateurs ind\u00e9pendants comme de simples fournisseurs ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Feprabel (f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des courtiers et interm\u00e9diaires financiers) tient \u00e0 sensibiliser sans tarder. Elle souligne en effet que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le nombre annonc\u00e9 d\u2019emplois supprim\u00e9s dans le cadre de la restructuration d\u2019ING est malheureusement sous-estim\u00e9. Aux 1.700 postes salari\u00e9s, il faut ajouter les quelques 2.000 personnes occup\u00e9es (ind\u00e9pendantes et salari\u00e9es) dans les 500 agences Record Bank et les 250 agences ING ind\u00e9pendantes. Au moment o\u00f9 les n\u00e9gociations (ou plut\u00f4t les \u00e9changes d\u2019informations) d\u00e9butent entre la direction d\u2019ING et les syndicats, les F\u00e9d\u00e9rations* repr\u00e9sentant les interm\u00e9diaires financiers francophones, en association avec l\u2019UCM, tiennent \u00e0 faire entendre la voix de ces oubli\u00e9s du d\u00e9sastre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Elle rappelle aussi que\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0les agents ind\u00e9pendants et par corollaire tous leurs salari\u00e9s sont livr\u00e9s seuls \u00e0 des n\u00e9gociations individuelles avec le groupe ING. Nous demandons de la clart\u00e9, de la transparence et un traitement \u00e9quitable pour tous.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Dans une logique purement financi\u00e8re, ING a recours au statut d\u2019ind\u00e9pendant afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les charges sociales, MAIS veille \u00e0 garder ces m\u00eames ind\u00e9pendants totalement inf\u00e9od\u00e9s \u00e0 la marque quand il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9cider de la politique commerciale, de la gestion d\u2019une PME (agence bancaire ind\u00e9pendante), des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations et de l\u2019organisation des agences.\u00a0De nombreuses questions sont pos\u00e9es mais restent sans r\u00e9ponse devant le mutisme de la direction tant de RECORD BANK que d\u2019ING (maison m\u00e8re). L\u2019objectif est-il de modifier unilat\u00e9ralement les relations contractuelles avec les agents et les priver, notamment, de leur ind\u00e9pendance au niveau du choix en assurances et en cr\u00e9dit ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Feprabel exprime par ailleurs ses principales revendications\u00a0vis-\u00e0-vis du groupe bancaire n\u00e9erlandais. Celle-ci tiennent en trois points.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Primo, Les agents bancaires RECORD BANK, futurs ING, veulent garder leurs sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s et leur ind\u00e9pendance. Ils veulent rester courtier en assurances et en cr\u00e9dit.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Secundo, la transparence doit \u00eatre totale : ING doit communiquer les crit\u00e8res qui seront utilis\u00e9s pour s\u00e9lectionner, transf\u00e9rer ou supprimer les agences.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Et tertio, vu la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re du groupe, nous r\u00e9clamons des indemnit\u00e9s justes afin de permettre aux agents \u00ab \u00e9vinc\u00e9s \u00bb d\u2019envisager sereinement leur avenir professionnel.
