Cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en partenariat avec la collaboration de EY veut mettre en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le de ces organisations en tant que rempart de notre \u00e9conomie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 croissance rapide sont des entreprises qui emploient au moins 10 travailleurs et qui ont vu le nombre de leurs travailleurs ou leur valeur ajout\u00e9e augmenter chaque ann\u00e9e de 20 %, et ce, sur une p\u00e9riode de 3 ans. Elles poss\u00e8dent un impact important, tant sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois et l\u2019emploi que sur la croissance du PIB.<\/p>\n<p>Quand on observe le taux d\u2019emploi pour la p\u00e9riode 2012-2015, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment 3 % des entreprises belges d\u2019au moins 10 travailleurs (qui ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 leurs comptes annuels en 2015) correspondent au profil de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 croissance rapide ; soit 674 sur un total de 22 475 entreprises. Ensemble, elles repr\u00e9sentaient 45 278 emplois, tandis que la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois totale au sein de toutes les entreprises belges de minimum 10 travailleurs ne s\u2019\u00e9levait qu\u2019\u00e0 13 256.<br \/>\nLe Professeur Hans Crijns souligne : <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 nombre d\u2019entreprises se contractent et r\u00e9duisent leurs effectifs, nous observons heureusement aussi, dans le m\u00eame temps, un groupe de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 croissance rapide qui cr\u00e9e de l\u2019emploi et forme ainsi un moteur pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on regarde la valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e9conomique pour la p\u00e9riode 2012-2015, deux fois plus d\u2019entreprises (6,27 %, soit 1 410) r\u00e9pondaient alors au profil de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 croissance rapide.<br \/>\nYannick Dillen, chercheur postdoctoral \u00e0 la Vlerick Business School :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Ces entreprises \u00e0 croissance rapide sont le carburant de la croissance du PIB belge, car elles assurent la part du lion de la cr\u00e9ation de valeur ajout\u00e9e. Toutefois, un peu de retenue s\u2019impose. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 la cr\u00e9ation de cette valeur ajout\u00e9e se trouve tr\u00e8s concentr\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de seulement 6 % des entreprises, l\u2019\u00e9conomie est \u00e9galement fortement tributaire d\u2019un groupe relativement restreint de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 croissance rapide. D\u2019autre part, un crit\u00e8re financier comme la valeur ajout\u00e9e constitue ind\u00e9niablement un crit\u00e8re de croissance plus volatil que l\u2019emploi. Cela peut expliquer pourquoi il est relativement plus facile d\u2019\u00e9voluer rapidement en termes de valeur ajout\u00e9e qu\u2019en termes de nombre de travailleurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qui sont-elles ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises \u00e0 croissance rapide sont principalement actives dans les services ax\u00e9s sur la connaissance (IT, communication, science, technologie, administration). Elles sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 traditionnels comme la production, la construction, le d\u00e9tail et le transport.<\/p>\n<p>Les provinces d\u2019Anvers et du Brabant wallon sont g\u00e9ographiquement en t\u00eate. Dans les provinces de Flandre occidentale, de Li\u00e8ge et du Hainaut, si l\u2019on compare au nombre total d\u2019entreprises belges, nous ne retrouvons que peu d\u2019entreprises \u00e0 croissance rapide. Le leader absolu du peloton est toutefois la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale. Si 11,15 % des entreprises belges de plus de 10 travailleurs y sont \u00e9tablies, pas moins de 16,47 % des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en croissance en termes d\u2019emploi y sont actives. En termes de valeur ajout\u00e9e, elles sont 14,18 %.<\/p>\n<p>La rentabilit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement au beau fixe. Prenons l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012 : presque toutes les entreprises \u00e0 croissance rapide \u00e9taient moins rentables que les autres entreprises belges. Or, \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2015, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 croissance rapide en termes d\u2019emploi ont doubl\u00e9 leur rentabilit\u00e9 et celles en termes de valeur ajout\u00e9e ont m\u00eame vu leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices moyens augmenter d\u2019un facteur de 7,6.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les entreprises \u00e0 croissance rapide ne sont certainement pas aussi jeunes qu\u2019on aime le pr\u00e9tendre.
