Il serait vraiment dommage de g\u00e2cher les efforts consentis en mati\u00e8re de recrutement en loupant lamentablement les quelques premiers jours au cours desquels un collaborateur se construit sa perception de son nouvel employeur.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du temps oblige, la d\u00e9cision de rester ou de partir dans sa nouvelle entreprise se prend d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res semaines. A ce titre, les activit\u00e9s d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans le cadre de l\u2019accueil et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux venus participent d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la r\u00e9tention des talents.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelles hypoth\u00e8ses souhaitons-nous v\u00e9rifier ensemble au-travers de ce dossier\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPremi\u00e8re assertion\u00a0: le processus d\u2019accueil et d\u2019int\u00e9gration commence de plus en plus t\u00f4t.<br \/>\nEn fait, il fait partie du processus de recrutement\u00a0! Et il poursuit un double objectif\u00a0d\u00e9sormais. En premier lieu, il vise \u00e0 donner aux candidats la sensation qu\u2019ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 membre de la \u2018famille\u2019. A l\u2019image de ce qu\u2019ont imagin\u00e9 la plupart des acteurs de la nouvelle \u00e9conomie, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux regorgent de films et d\u2019applications permettant de d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019organisation \u2013 l\u2019environnement mais aussi la culture \u2013 qui sont aujourd\u2019hui les premiers vecteurs publicitaires de l\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\nEnsuite, le travail de pr\u00e9-accueil permet de s\u00e9curiser le processus de recrutement en \u00e9vitant les \u2018malentendus\u2019 sur le plan des valeurs, notamment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Deuxi\u00e8me hypoth\u00e8se\u00a0: le processus d\u2019accueil dure de plus en plus longtemps.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLa plupart de nos organisations ont compris qu\u2019il faut prendre le temps de s\u2019installer dans l\u2019organisation (et non plus dans une fonction puisqu\u2019il arrive r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que l\u2019on en change dans le cadre d\u2019un parcours d\u2019apprentissage personnalis\u00e9).
