Pas de souci pour accepter des horaires flexibles pour des raisons familiales, mais attention&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par SD Worx, \u00ab\u00a0<em>les PME et leurs dirigeants font preuve de beaucoup de souplesse \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de leurs collaborateurs lorsque ces derniers leur demandent de d\u00e9roger \u00e0 l&rsquo;horaire de travail normal pour des raisons familiales. Dans un tel cas, plus de 90% des PME autorisent leurs travailleurs \u00e0 commencer le travail plus tard, \u00e0 le terminer plus t\u00f4t ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;interrompre. Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de raisons sociales, cette souplesse est nettement moindre. Quand le travailleur demande \u00e0 pouvoir s&rsquo;adonner \u00e0 un hobby, les PME refusent presque toujours de d\u00e9roger \u00e0 l&rsquo;horaire de travail convenu.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il y a cependant des limites \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des dirigeants : <em>\u00ab\u00a0la tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 des PME belges (94,5%) autorisent leurs travailleurs, dans certaines situations bien pr\u00e9cises, \u00e0 commencer le travail plus tard ou \u00e0 le terminer plus t\u00f4t. Quelque 91% des PME y consentent lorsque les raisons invoqu\u00e9es sont familiales (visite chez le dentiste, enfant malade, etc). Les raisons &lsquo;sociales&rsquo;, telles qu&rsquo;une f\u00eate de voisinage ou un bref s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger pour supporter les Diables Rouges, ou encore la pratique d&rsquo;un hobby, ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es par les PME comme des raisons valables pour d\u00e9roger aux heures de travail. Cette latitude n&rsquo;est accord\u00e9e que par 39,8% (raisons sociales) et 14% (hobbys) des PME respectivement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce domaine, les PME wallonnes sont moins souples que leurs cons\u0153urs bruxelloises et flamandes. Elles sont en effet 10,4% \u00e0 affirmer qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas possible de d\u00e9roger aux horaires de travail officiels, quelle que soit la raison (vs. 3,6% en Flandre et 3,4% \u00e0 Bruxelles).\u00a0Les PME jeunes et petites font preuve de davantage de souplesse lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une raison sociale: 41,2% des PME employant moins de 5 personnes permettent \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs de commencer plus tard ou de terminer plus t\u00f4t pour des raisons sociales.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Toujours pas tr\u00e8s favorables au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ! <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un autre constat s&rsquo;av\u00e8re pour le moins \u00e9tonnant : <em>\u00ab\u00a0plus de la moiti\u00e9 des PME (58,8%) n&rsquo;autorisent pas le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Lorsqu&rsquo;on les interroge sur la question, elles sont 9 sur 10 \u00e0 affirment que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail n&rsquo;est pas possible dans leur secteur.\u00a0Dans 19,7% des PME, tous les collaborateurs sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler. Un peu plus d&rsquo;une PME sur cinq (21,5%) autorisent le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, mais seulement pour certaines fonctions au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise. Deux entreprises sur trois autorisant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail indiquent que leurs travailleurs y ont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement recours.
