Celle-ci s\u2019inscrit dans l\u2019ADN de ces entreprises technologiques, ce qui contribue \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019onboarding. Elles ont d\u00e9finitivement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire bonne impression sans perdre le moindre instant. Les repr\u00e9sentations se forgent au cours des premiers jours au sein de l\u2019organisation.
