En guise d&rsquo;humeur de votre Peoplesphere n\u00b0207, quelques lignes de r\u00e9flexions au sujet des luttes intestines qui entravent la profitabilit\u00e9 des entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Quel est le plus grand frein \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9 de nos entreprises ?\u00a0Le co\u00fbt du travail, comme aiment le faire entendre les organisations patronales ?\u00a0La mentalit\u00e9 d\u00e9faillante des effectifs, instill\u00e9e dans les veines de l\u2019entreprise par des repr\u00e9sentants syndicaux id\u00e9ologiquement coinc\u00e9s entre le 19\u00e8me et le 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cles ? L\u2019inertie de nos organisations affichant une faible capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se r\u00e9inventer, vite et bien ? Non, il est ailleurs.\u00a0Notre gisement de progr\u00e8s le plus important \u2013 et le plus accessible \u00e9galement, c\u2019est l\u00e0 toute l\u2019ironie ! \u2013 se trouve au niveau de nos comit\u00e9s de direction.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Nos managers et dirigeants passent le plus clair de leur temps \u00e0 chercher puis \u00e0 trouver des moyens de satisfaire leurs egos aux d\u00e9pens des autres. Ils se cherchent des poux en permanence, prot\u00e8gent des pr\u00e9s carr\u00e9s qu\u2019ils assimilent \u00e0 leurs territoires personnels alors qu\u2019ils n\u2019en sont que les (tr\u00e8s provisoires) locataires.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cette lutte d\u2019egos \u00e0 l\u2019interne est tr\u00e8s dommageable. Mais o\u00f9 diable trouve-t-elle son origine?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Primo, dans ce terrible attrait du pouvoir et de ses symboles, qui reste une motivation lourde. Celui-ci nous permet de r\u00e9aliser des instincts primaires et guerriers contre lesquels il est difficile de lutter, n\u2019est-il pas&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Secundo, dans l\u2019absence de partage. Cette utopie &#8211; sur laquelle se construit une nouvelle \u00e8re \u00e9conomique toujours en phase d\u2019\u00e9mergence &#8211; ne touche pas encore les sph\u00e8res sup\u00e9rieures. Ce n\u2019est pas injurieux d\u2019affirmer que les plus nantis d\u2019entre nous ne sont pas engag\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie collaborative, \u00e0 quelques exceptions pr\u00e8s\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tertio, dans le rejet de l\u2019amour et de l\u2019amiti\u00e9 professionnels\u2026 Il faut aujourd\u2019hui une \u00e9norme force de conviction pour y croire encore. Pour accepter que les \u00e9quipes les plus performantes, les plus efficaces, les plus soud\u00e9es sont en toute simplicit\u00e9 celles o\u00f9 les gens s\u2019aiment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Quel miracle pouvons-nous donc esp\u00e9rer pour que nous progressions ensemble dans ces directions ?<\/em><br \/>\n<em> J\u2019entends souvent que la f\u00e9minisation de notre \u00e9conomie dirigeante serait la r\u00e9ponse, ce qui me laisse sceptique quand je vois \u00e0 quel point la lumi\u00e8re aveuglante du pouvoir transforme en m\u00e2les dominants les femmes qui occupent les si\u00e8ges de CEO. Je parierais davantage sur l\u2019in\u00e9vitable changement de notre syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif. Et sur l\u2019\u00e9panouissement que nous pourrons offrir aux enfants qui seront \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans une approche fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019esprit d\u2019entraide et non plus sur la comp\u00e9tition.
