Ces femmes ont une forte personnalit\u00e9, une exp\u00e9rience \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de la gouvernance d\u2019entreprise et sont influentes dans notre environnement \u00e9conomique. Par ailleurs, elles ne demandent qu\u2019\u00e0 partager leur exp\u00e9rience. Par l\u2019acquisition d\u2019une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de la transformation num\u00e9rique gr\u00e2ce au transfert de know-how que permet ce programme, elles participeront d\u2019autant plus \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de valeur et au choix des options strat\u00e9giques dans les comit\u00e9s de direction et\/ou conseils d\u2019administration o\u00f9 elles sont actives.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Num\u00e9rique et gouvernance d\u2019entreprise : win-win<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9vident pour chacun que la connaissance qu\u2019offrent les plateformes num\u00e9riques devient de plus en plus importante. Par ailleurs le d\u00e9bat num\u00e9rique s\u2019invite maintenant \u00e0 la table du conseil d\u2019administration de la plupart des entreprises. Cependant ce n\u2019est pas la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration actuelle des administrateurs qui d\u00e9tient la connaissance num\u00e9rique et ce n\u2019est pas la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration digitale qui maitrise la gouvernance d\u2019entreprise.
