Celui-ci doit aider les entreprises \u00e0 \u00e9valuer si elles sont pr\u00eates pour engager un travailleur avec un handicap mental.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Combler les d\u00e9ficits du march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi en attirant et recrutant tous les talents disponibles. Faciliter le contact entre travailleurs ayant un handicap mental et employeurs du circuit \u00e9conomique \u00ab\u00a0classique\u00a0\u00bb : voici les id\u00e9es \u00e0 la base du projet scientifique ID@Work.<\/p>\n<p>Un an apr\u00e8s le lancement d&rsquo;ID@Work, Antwerp Management et HEC Li\u00e8ge pr\u00e9sentent un test permettant aux employeurs de d\u00e9terminer dans quelle mesure leur organisation est pr\u00eate pour engager un travailleur avec un handicap mental. Celui-ci sera officiellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 16 novembre prochain \u00e0 la Biblioth\u00e8que Royale, \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence r\u00e9unissant entre autres la Dr. Elke Sleurs, Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 la Lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 des chances, aux Personnes handicap\u00e9es et \u00e0 la Politique scientifique, charg\u00e9e des grandes villes; et pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d&rsquo;ID@Work, le\u00a0Prof. Dr. Benjamin Huybrechts &#8211; HEC Li\u00e8ge<br \/>\net M. Andr\u00e9 Deplae, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral UCM.<\/p>\n<p>Le test est suivi d&rsquo;un compte rendu instantan\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un profil complet comprenant conseils et recommandations enti\u00e8rement gratuit.
