Cette fois, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;un jour, mais bien de toute une &lsquo;Semaine f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la diversit\u00e9&rsquo;. Cette semaine, qui se tiendra du 21 au 25 novembre, est une initiative du R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale et elle sera organis\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e autour du th\u00e8me de la gestion du personnel li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est de sensibiliser les fonctionnaires f\u00e9d\u00e9raux \u00e0 l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;entrer en dialogue avec les coll\u00e8gues, les partenaires et les citoyens dans le respect de leurs diff\u00e9rences (d&rsquo;\u00e2ge).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Focus sur la gestion du personnel li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pendant une semaine enti\u00e8re, tous les fonctionnaires f\u00e9d\u00e9raux seront sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion du personnel li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, via de nombreuses activit\u00e9s. Plusieurs services publics organiseront des activit\u00e9s autour de la diversit\u00e9 et ouvriront leurs portes \u00e0 tous les fonctionnaires.<br \/>\nLe terme \u00ab gestion du personnel li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge \u00bb fait peut-\u00eatre supposer qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques pour les plus de 45 ou 50 ans. Or, c&rsquo;est exactement la perception que le R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale veut \u00e9viter. C\u2019est pourquoi il opte pour une approche diff\u00e9rente qui se focalise sur TOUS les membres du personnel, quel que soit leur \u00e2ge. En effet, le R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale est convaincu \u00e0 100% du potentiel de tous les collaborateurs, sans distinction d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, ni st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;une ou l&rsquo;autre cat\u00e9gorie d&rsquo;\u00e2ge.<br \/>\nLe th\u00e8me de la conf\u00e9rence de lancement du 21 novembre sera \u00ab\u00a0La motivation n\u2019a pas d\u2019\u00e2ge\u00a0\u00bb et l\u2019accent sera plac\u00e9 sur deux aspects importants d&rsquo;une gestion du personnel li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, \u00e0 savoir la motivation et l&rsquo;envie de travailler.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le 1er Diversity Award de l\u2019Administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec le Diversity Award, le Groupe de pilotage Diversit\u00e9 et le R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale souhaitent mettre en avant et r\u00e9compenser chaque ann\u00e9e des initiatives internes en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9. Et ce, afin de pouvoir se nourrir de ces \u2018bonnes pratiques\u2019 et \u00e9ventuellement, par la suite, adapter ces projets locaux couronn\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s \u00e0 une plus grande \u00e9chelle.<br \/>\nLe Ministre Vandeput remettra \u00e0 la fin de conf\u00e9rence le 1er Diversity Award au gagnant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016.<br \/>\nDans la semaine du 21 au 25 novembre, il y aura \u00e9galement de nombreuses activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues autour du th\u00e8me de la gestion du personnel li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge (programme d\u00e9taill\u00e9 sur Fedweb).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La gestion de la diversit\u00e9, un fer de lance f\u00e9d\u00e9ral<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale s\u2019engage depuis des ann\u00e9es en faveur de la diversit\u00e9. Le groupe de pilotage interf\u00e9d\u00e9ral diversit\u00e9 est responsable pour les lignes directrices strat\u00e9giques de la politique de diversit\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Ce groupe de pilotage mise explicitement sur la coop\u00e9ration et la cocr\u00e9ation avec tous les services publics. Ceci afin d&rsquo;aboutir \u00e0 une politique de diversit\u00e9 plus soutenue et plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos du R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Chaque organisation publique poss\u00e8de un(e) responsable diversit\u00e9. Cette personne veille \u00e0 promouvoir une approche favorable \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 au sein de son organisation et met en \u0153uvre des actions en faveur de la diversit\u00e9. Ces responsables forment un r\u00e9seau, le R\u00e9seau Diversit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale qui traduit les buts strat\u00e9giques du groupe de pilotage diversit\u00e9 en objectifs op\u00e9rationnels..
