Selon cette \u00e9tude, l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 est pass\u00e9e de la quatri\u00e8me position, qu\u2019elle occupait en 2014, \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re place, supplantant en termes d\u2019objectifs l&rsquo;engagement, le recrutement et la fid\u00e9lisation des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La connexion directe entre bien-\u00eatre et productivit\u00e9 est le reflet d\u2019une \u00e9volution\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Philia Swam, manager de l\u2019activit\u00e9 Health, Wellness and Group Benefits \u00e0 LafargeHolcim, un client. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Au moment o\u00f9 nous avons lanc\u00e9 notre initiative de bien-\u00eatre, nous aspirions d\u2019abord \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la situation sous l\u2019angle de la sant\u00e9, et nous avons observ\u00e9 ensuite une augmentation constante du niveau de participation \u00e0 notre programme de soins pr\u00e9ventifs. Et, aujourd\u2019hui, nous connaissons de meilleures statistiques de productivit\u00e9, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la diminution du nombre de jours d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 de travail du personnel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre va au-del\u00e0 de la sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;un individu. Il d\u00e9pend de composantes physique, mentale, \u00e9motionnelle et financi\u00e8re ; chacune d\u2019elles pouvant avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la productivit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un employ\u00e9. Aussi, les entreprises compl\u00e8tent leurs offres en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre tout en \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement conscientes de l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif d\u2019une mauvaise sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re des employ\u00e9s. Deux tiers d\u2019entre elles consid\u00e8rent que les ennuis financiers entra\u00eenent des baisses de productivit\u00e9 et 50 % qu\u2019ils sont la cause de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme au travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Des employ\u00e9s sains et productifs sont la pierre angulaire d&rsquo;une entreprise\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 John Gentry, pr\u00e9sident de Xerox HR Services. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans le pass\u00e9, la pens\u00e9e selon laquelle des travailleurs sains donnaient des personnels productifs \u00e9tait dominante. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es et les analyses qui en d\u00e9coulent nous enseignent que le fondement de cette pens\u00e9e est inexact.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cr\u00e9er une culture du bien-\u00eatre<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAlors que seulement 33 % des entreprises interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019elles disposaient en interne d\u2019une culture de bien-\u00eatre fortement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, 83 % des entreprises restantes ont indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019elles souhaitaient qu\u2019une telle culture f\u00fbt en place chez elles \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. Et cela n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant, puisque 74 % des entreprises ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude consid\u00e8rent que leur programme de bien-\u00eatre est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la proposition de valeur pour les employ\u00e9s facilitant le recrutement et la fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d\u2019un changement de culture d\u2019entreprise, un soutien venant du haut de la cha\u00eene hi\u00e9rarchique est d\u2019une importance capitale. D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tude actuelle, 52 % des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contact\u00e9es estiment que leurs dirigeants apportent un fort soutien, contre 43 % en 2014.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre programme de bien-\u00eatre et de soins pr\u00e9ventifs est pleinement soutenu par nos dirigeants, \u00e0 commencer par les \u00e9quipes manag\u00e9riales situ\u00e9es au sommet de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Philia Swam. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 constituent notre valeur dominante et l\u2019ossature d\u00e9cisionnelle de LafargeHolcim. Par cons\u00e9quent, notre programme de bien-\u00eatre s&rsquo;articule parfaitement au sein de notre entreprise. Toutefois, l\u2019adh\u00e9sion du management a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la collecte de donn\u00e9es pertinentes et leur traduction en termes d\u2019impacts sur les collaborateurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Int\u00e9r\u00eat accru pour le bien-\u00eatre financier<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une culture du bien-\u00eatre implique des relations personnalis\u00e9es visant \u00e0 aider les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leurs finances. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la plupart des entreprises interrog\u00e9es proposaient des programmes de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la retraite devant offrir une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re le jour venu (92 %) et des programmes d&rsquo;acquisition de litt\u00e9ratie et de comp\u00e9tences financi\u00e8res (91%).<\/p>\n<p>Les programmes ax\u00e9s sur la litt\u00e9ratie et les comp\u00e9tences financi\u00e8res sont ceux qui connaissent la croissance la plus rapide. Ainsi, 24% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es en ont un en place depuis un an ou depuis moins longtemps, alors que 39 % en ont impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 un ces deux, trois, quatre ou cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs d\u00e9fendent le bien-\u00eatre au travail, mais ils reconnaissent \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il existe des obstacles \u00e0 son d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale ; ces obstacles \u00e9tant li\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rentes cultures, lois, pratiques existant \u00e0 travers le monde, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 un manque actuel de vision mondiale dans le domaine des strat\u00e9gies de sant\u00e9 et financi\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 John Gentry.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les mesures<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, 36 % des entreprises interrog\u00e9es disent qu\u2019elles ont mesur\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats sp\u00e9cifiques d\u00e9coulant de leurs programmes de bien-\u00eatre, et 75 % que leurs initiatives dans ce domaine ont eu un impact moyen ou \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur le niveau d&rsquo;engagement, le moral, le bien-\u00eatre global, la performance et la productivit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, ainsi que sur l&rsquo;image de l&rsquo;entreprise et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 recruter.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate<\/em><br \/>\n<em> L&rsquo;\u00e9tude bisannuelle de Xerox HR Services, intitul\u00e9e Working Well: A Global Survey of Workforce Wellbeing Strategies, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en recueillant des donn\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de 428 organisations r\u00e9parties dans 33 pays.
