C&rsquo;est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne saisonnier &#8211; \u00e0 lire dans notre \u00e9dition n\u00b0208 print de Peoplesphere : entre la fin de l&rsquo;automne et l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de l&rsquo;hiver, nombre de voix nous invitent \u00e0 hiberner et attendre des jours meilleurs&#8230;\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le prestataire SD Worx aupr\u00e8s de 2.500 employ\u00e9s belges nous apprend que <em>\u00ab\u00a0depuis 2009, la proportion d\u2019employ\u00e9s qui estiment subir un niveau de stress insupportable est pass\u00e9e de 26,5% \u00e0 30,8%. De l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, le nombre de collaborateurs qui affirment \u00eatre d\u00e9bordants d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie a r\u00e9gress\u00e9 de 5% au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Observation marquante, le pourcentage d&rsquo;ouvriers qui puisent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans leur travail est inf\u00e9rieur de 20% environ \u00e0 celui des directeurs et cadres sup\u00e9rieurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quelque 30,8% des employ\u00e9s belges estiment subir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un stress inacceptable, alors que ce chiffre s\u2019\u00e9levait seulement \u00e0 26,5% en 2009. Les facteurs qui influencent le plus le niveau de stress sont le poids mental et \u00e9motionnel, les d\u00e9lais et le volume de travail (82%). Un second facteur d\u00e9terminant est l&rsquo;environnement social (64,7%), \u00e0 savoir la mesure dans laquelle l&rsquo;organisation se pr\u00e9occupe du bien-\u00eatre de ses employ\u00e9s et le manager se soucie de la dimension humaine du travail. Le troisi\u00e8me param\u00e8tre important est la culture d&rsquo;entreprise (59,8%).<\/p>\n<p>En comparaison avec 2009, on d\u00e9nombre non seulement davantage d\u2019employ\u00e9s stress\u00e9es, mais aussi moins d\u2019employ\u00e9s d\u00e9bordant d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Il y a sept ans, quelque 79,1% des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9claraient puiser suffisamment d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans leur travail. Ce pourcentage est aujourd&rsquo;hui en r\u00e9gression de plus de 5%, \u00e0 73,7%. Le travail en lui-m\u00eame a le plus d&rsquo;impact (74%) sur le niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des employ\u00e9s. Ces derniers puisent davantage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans leur boulot lorsqu&rsquo;ils doivent relever des d\u00e9fis, sont fiers de leur job, estiment que leur travail a du sens et sont satisfaits de leurs t\u00e2ches concr\u00e8tes. Les deux autres variables qui d\u00e9terminent le niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des employ\u00e9s sont la reconnaissance (67,4%) et les opportunit\u00e9s de progression (65,9%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un lien direct entre la position hi\u00e9rarchique et le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les hommes et les femmes ressentent pratiquement les m\u00eames niveaux de stress et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie au travail. Pas de diff\u00e9rence significative non plus selon l&rsquo;\u00e2ge. Par contre, la cat\u00e9gorie de personnel a un impact substantiel sur le niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019employ\u00e9: plus le niveau de la fonction est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la personne puise de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans son travail. Les pourcentages sont de 69,7% pour les ouvriers, contre 89,2% pour les membres de la direction et du cadre sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Les promoteurs de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate rel\u00e8vent\u00a0: <em>\u201cLa satisfaction tir\u00e9e du travail, la reconnaissance obtenue et les opportunit\u00e9s de progression augmentent \u00e0 mesure que le niveau de la fonction s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve. La grande diff\u00e9rence observ\u00e9e entre les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de fonctions s&rsquo;explique par ces trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments. En termes de stress, par contre, on n&rsquo;observe pas de diff\u00e9rence significative entre les niveaux de fonction.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Note &#8211; \u00c9tude Belgique SA\u00a9<\/em><br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9tude Belgique SA s&rsquo;enquiert aupr\u00e8s de 2.500 employ\u00e9s belges quant \u00e0 une centaine de param\u00e8tres li\u00e9s au travail et d\u00e9terminant la satisfaction, la motivation et l&rsquo;implication des collaborateurs. Cet \u00e9chantillon est repr\u00e9sentatif du march\u00e9 du travail en Belgique et correspond \u00e0 la population active belge en termes de : statut d\u2019emploi (ouvriers, employ\u00e9s et fonctionnaires), genre, r\u00e9gion, r\u00e9gime de travail, langue, niveau de scolarit\u00e9 et envergure de l&rsquo;organisation. Le volet fixe porte sur les 100 param\u00e8tres qui sont assortis d&rsquo;un questionnaire variable relatif aux tendances juridiques et \u00e0 l&rsquo;actualit\u00e9, telles que The New Work ou la Num\u00e9risation des Ressources humaines. Ce second volet est aussi soumis \u00e0 2.500 travailleurs belges.
