Une confirmation suppl\u00e9mentaire des constats \u00e0 partager via notre dossier Peoplesphere n\u00b0208 sauvagement intitul\u00e9 :<em> &lsquo;RH &amp; Cloud : d\u00e9cr\u00e9ter l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;urgence?&rsquo;.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La conclusion de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude HBR pr\u00e9cise en effet que : <em>\u00ab\u00a0les technologies de collaboration visent une collaboration entre les travailleurs gr\u00e2ce aux outils num\u00e9riques tels que les plateformes vid\u00e9o, de messagerie et de conf\u00e9rence dans le cloud. Si les entreprises impl\u00e9mentent ces nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail de mani\u00e8re intelligente, elles peuvent tirer un rendement maximal de leur investissement. C&rsquo;est certainement le cas pour les moyennes entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des effets positifs incontestables <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude souligne encore : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce sont surtout les moyennes entreprises qui comprennent l&rsquo;importance de la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence et d&rsquo;autres outils en nuage, car leurs avantages sont nombreux. Ils permettent de prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions, de r\u00e9duire les frais de d\u00e9placement et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du management. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la meilleure flexibilit\u00e9 des applications mobiles, les ventes sont en forte augmentation, car les commerciaux peuvent d\u00e9sormais atteindre instantan\u00e9ment des prospects du monde entier sans devoir se d\u00e9placer. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la collaboration mobile engendre plus d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, plus de productivit\u00e9 et, au final, plus de b\u00e9n\u00e9fice \u00e9galement. Du moins, si elle s&rsquo;inscrit dans la culture d&rsquo;entreprise. Car c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que le b\u00e2t blesse parfois.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le challenge est principalement culturel. Marie del Marmol, Country Manager d\u2019Insight Belux, pointe le grand d\u00e9fi futur des technologies de collaboration pour les entreprises : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour que l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussisse vraiment, il faut que chacun y soit ouvert. En premier lieu, la direction de l&rsquo;entreprise, mais certainement aussi les responsables de d\u00e9partement. Ils sont aujourd&rsquo;hui trop peu impliqu\u00e9s dans la nouvelle m\u00e9thode de collaboration. Et c&rsquo;est dommage, car ils d\u00e9terminent dans une large mesure le succ\u00e8s des technologies de collaboration. L&rsquo;entreprise doit \u00e9galement apporter une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des int\u00e9r\u00eats apparemment divergents. IT opte par exemple pour le d\u00e9veloppement ou l&rsquo;optimisation d&rsquo;un package existant et HR r\u00e9clame une nouvelle plateforme web. Il est donc important que tout le monde regarde dans la m\u00eame direction et que tous les d\u00e9partements soient impliqu\u00e9s dans le projet.\u00a0Vous devrez aussi rallier les jeunes travailleurs \u00e0 votre cause, car ils sont souvent des early adopters. Ils ont grandi avec des outils interactifs et ont de grandes attentes. Mais le management croit \u2013 \u00e0 tort \u2013 que le cloud compromet la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et implique de trop nombreuses restrictions.
