Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56%) des entreprises ont du mal \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser leur syst\u00e8me de payroll au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res<br \/>\nPlus \u00e9tonnant encore : plus de 5% des multinationales n&rsquo;utilisent pas de syst\u00e8me automatique de payroll et effectuent encore manuellement la gestion de leurs salaires.\u00a0Cette pratique nuit consid\u00e9rablement \u00e0 la constance et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision de la gestion, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 une vue d&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pourtant, elles se disent convaincues&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate rel\u00e8vent encore : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Plus de 90% des r\u00e9pondants sont convaincus des avantages d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me unique de gestion de payroll pour l\u2019ensemble de leurs succursales dans le monde. Pourtant, moins d\u2019un tiers (29%) des multinationales ont effectivement recours \u00e0 un seul syst\u00e8me.\u00a0<\/em><em>Le plus grand probl\u00e8me qui touche les gestionnaires payroll des multinationales utilisant plusieurs syst\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents concerne la pr\u00e9cision des divers syst\u00e8mes selon les pays (56%). Ils sont par ailleurs 42% \u00e0 regretter l\u2019absence des accords coh\u00e9rents \u00e0 travers le monde, ce qui impacte le niveau de service. Plus d\u2019un tiers des r\u00e9pondants (34%) d\u00e9plore le poids de la gestion des salaires et les co\u00fbts subis par l&rsquo;entreprise.
