Les contributions qui y sont rassembl\u00e9es \u00e9valuent la position des femmes sur le march\u00e9 du travail, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque et aujourd\u2019hui. Conclusion : diverses questions abord\u00e9es dans le pass\u00e9 par la Commission du Travail des Femmes sont toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui, 40 ans plus tard.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil de l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 des Chances entre Hommes et Femmes, organe consultatif aupr\u00e8s du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 une proposition collective en vue du futur Plan d\u2019Action f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u201cGenre et Emploi\u201d de la Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat en charge de l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 des Chances. Le Conseil rappelle ses avis, dans lesquels il plaide pour l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial auquel sont confront\u00e9es les femmes, qui gagnent en moyenne 10% de moins par heure que les hommes; en plus pour une politique globale en faveur des 45% de femmes qui travaillent souvent \u00e0 temps partiel parce que de nombreux emplois ne sont propos\u00e9s que dans ce r\u00e9gime de travail, et finalement pour une protection totale de la maternit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La loi du 22 avril 2012 relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial, qui a pour objectif de lutter contre l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes sur le plan salarial, ne tient pas toutes ses promesses. Les informations contenues dans le rapport d\u2019analyse relatif \u00e0 la structure de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des travailleurs dans les entreprises ne peuvent plus \u00eatre confidentielles, afin que l\u2019on puisse y trouver la preuve d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles discriminations. Le m\u00e9diateur, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur, et le\/la plaignant(e) au sein d\u2019une entreprise doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un statut prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si aujourd\u2019hui, 45 % des femmes travaillent \u00e0 temps partiel, peu d\u2019entre elles le font volontairement (selon les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Eurostat \/ Statbel), rompant ainsi avec l\u2019esprit des lois du 23 juin 1981 et du 5 mars 2002 et des CCT n\u00b0 35 et 35 bis. Ces textes visent \u00e0 garantir leurs droits proportionnellement \u00e0 leur temps de travail. La d\u00e9gradation du syst\u00e8me des travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel pour \u00e9chapper au ch\u00f4mage avec allocation de garantie de revenu, en est un signe particuli\u00e8rement flagrant. Le Conseil souhaite qu\u2019il soit mis fin \u00e0 cette \u00e9volution parce que travailler \u00e0 temps partiel conduit in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 une perte d\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re, tant durant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019occupation qu\u2019au moment de percevoir sa pension ou le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant une allocation de ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p>Les travailleuses sont elles aussi encore confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes en raison de leur maternit\u00e9. Les indemnit\u00e9s de maternit\u00e9 devraient \u00eatre calcul\u00e9es sur la base du salaire complet, en ce compris les avantages compl\u00e9mentaires, et pour la totalit\u00e9 de la p\u00e9riode de cong\u00e9.
