Au-del\u00e0, elle identifie trois r\u00f4les pr\u00e9cis s\u2019inscrivant dans cette logique.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>En tant que partenaire strat\u00e9gique du business, la fonction RH partage la responsabilit\u00e9 du futur de l\u2019entreprise. Comme l\u2019indique le prestataire de services RH : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer de fa\u00e7on optimale les talents (rares) afin de stimuler la croissance et l\u2019innovation de fa\u00e7on durable. Les employeurs sont conscients de cet enjeu. En effet, selon plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux, les p\u00e9nuries de talents hypoth\u00e8quent  le service rendu \u00e0 leurs clients et leur d\u00e9veloppement futur. Les employeurs prennent donc action. Notre enqu\u00eate indique que trois employeurs sur quatre ont mis en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies pour surmonter leurs difficult\u00e9s de recrutement. Chacun \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re. 18% des employeurs cherchent une solution dans la conclusion de partenariats avec des \u00e9coles et des organismes de formation. 17% investissent davantage dans la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de leur personnel. 12% ont recours \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de recrutement innovantes tandis que 11% am\u00e9liorent leur r\u00e9servoir de talents en identifiant les potentiels ou en mettant en place des plans de succession.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9cise par ailleurs les 3 r\u00f4les au-travers desquels la fonction RH peut envisager de relever ce d\u00e9fi li\u00e9 aux p\u00e9nuries de talents.<br \/>\nEn premier lieu, l\u2019expertise en offre et demande : <em>\u00ab\u00a0les professionnels des RH doivent apporter des r\u00e9ponses aux  d\u00e9ficits de comp\u00e9tences et anticiper le bon mix des talents dont l\u2019entreprise aura besoin pour faire face \u00e0 ses besoins pr\u00e9sents et futurs.  En faisant correspondre au maximum l\u2019offre et la demande au bon moment et \u00e0 la bonne place.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nEnsuite, la sp\u00e9cialisation en marketing : <em>\u00ab\u00a0les candidats et les collaborateurs sont devenus des consommateurs bien inform\u00e9s et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. La marque, l\u2019image et les messages des employeurs doivent attirer et fid\u00e9liser les talents recherch\u00e9s. A l\u2019heure de l\u2019individualisation des relations (\u2018one size fits one\u2019), la communication doit donc \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9e.  Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ont  chang\u00e9 les param\u00e8tres du marketing RH en cassant les barri\u00e8res, en apportant davantage de transparence et en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant les processus.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la conception des modes d\u2019organisation : <em>\u00ab\u00a0les responsables RH dovent ref\u00e9finir l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de talents disponibles et mettre en place des modes d\u2019organisation du travail contemporains (physique ou virtuelle) qui renforcent la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation.
