Et pourtant, il est pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le monde pour son caract\u00e8re innovant, entre autres sur le plan du management humain, et cette fameuse \u2018agilit\u00e9\u2019 qui le d\u00e9finit. Contradiction? Aveuglement? G\u00e9nie pr\u00e9curseur incompris?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pourtant, le taux de r\u00e9ussite moyen des start-ups oscille entre 7 et 19% en fonction de leur pays d\u2019origine et de leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s. En clair, 9 start-ups sur 10 meurent dans les cinq premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de leur existence. Sans crainte, nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 affirmer ici que les erreurs de basique de gestion sont la cause primaire de bien des \u00e9checs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Reste \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi un mod\u00e8le aussi peu \u2018performant\u2019 est pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par la foule en d\u00e9lire\u2026\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour commencer, ne n\u00e9gligeons pas la sympathie g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019initiative entrepreneuriale. Nous avons tous envie que les id\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019origine des start-ups se concr\u00e9tisent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ensuite, les acteurs de la nouvelle \u00e9conomie participent directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence des nouvelles formes de travail. Augmentation significative du travail ind\u00e9pendant, formules d\u2019organisation hyper-flexibles, partage des ressources et des comp\u00e9tences\u2026 En cela, les exp\u00e9riences, men\u00e9es au sein d\u2019organisations qui ne sont pas \u2018coinc\u00e9es\u2019 dans des traditions ou dans la panade de la concertation sociale, sont indispensables pour aider la pratique RH \u00e0 trouver de nouveaux paradigmes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Enfin, la croissance rapide d\u00e8s le lancement de ces entreprises impressionne. Nous voyons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des entit\u00e9s passer en quelques mois seulement d\u2019une vingtaine de conqu\u00e9rants \u00e0 plusieurs centaines d\u2019\u00e9quipiers partageant le m\u00eame id\u00e9al d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nouvelle.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019engouement pour ce mod\u00e8le repose sur autre chose. Il atteste simplement de la modification de notre rapport au temps.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Acceptons que les entrepreneurs de la nouvelle \u00e9conomie ne tiennent plus \u00e0 laisser un h\u00e9ritage \u00e0 une famille voire \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9. Ils investissent pour optimiser la valeur de revente et donc le montant du ticket de sortie, confiant leur \u2018b\u00e9b\u00e9\u2019 d\u00e9finitivement \u00e0 d\u2019autres.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sans surprise donc, l\u2019\u00e9conomie des start-ups est paradoxale. Elle veut changer le monde dans sa mani\u00e8re de communiquer et d\u2019interagir, en rapprochant les individus et les groupes pour une fluidit\u00e9 optimale des \u00e9changes.
