Les chiffres du secr\u00e9tariat social Acerta montrent que le bonus en esp\u00e8ces reste la forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration individuelle la plus fr\u00e9quente mais ils indiquent \u00e9galement de s\u00e9rieuses disparit\u00e9s entre les r\u00e9gions et les tailles d&rsquo;entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2015, le montant moyen s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 1935 euros. Cette moyenne rassemble toutefois des sommes tr\u00e8s diverses. D\u2019autres formes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comme les warrants et les bonus non r\u00e9currents enregistrent une croissance constante ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, mais semblent toujours\u00a0moins connues dans notre pays.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un point de vue statistique, bien plus de bonus sont octroy\u00e9s en Flandre : 22 % des travailleurs en Flandre ont re\u00e7u un bonus en esp\u00e8ces en 2015, contre 11 % en Wallonie et 11 % en r\u00e9gion Bruxelles-Capitale. Le montant moyen de la prime varie \u00e9galement fortement selon la r\u00e9gion. Ainsi, le bonus moyen accord\u00e9 aux employ\u00e9s en 2015 correspondait \u00e0 2757 euros en Flandre, 3048 euros en Wallonie et 4308 euros en r\u00e9gion Bruxelles-Capitale.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres d\u2019Acerta soulignent que les grandes entreprises accordent plus d\u2019attention \u00e0 une politique en mati\u00e8re de bonus : pas moins de 44 % des travailleurs des entreprises occupant plus de 500 salari\u00e9s ont touch\u00e9 un bonus en esp\u00e8ces l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Dans les entreprises de moins de 20 travailleurs, environ 6 % des membres du personnel voient appara\u00eetre une prime sur leur compte. Ce taux grimpe \u00e0 15 % pour les entreprises entre 20 et 100 travailleurs et \u00e0 25 % pour les entreprises de 100 \u00e0 500 travailleurs. Par ailleurs, le montant moyen du bonus par travailleur est sup\u00e9rieur dans les petites entreprises par rapport aux grandes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les warrants restent une formule marginale.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, les warrants repr\u00e9sentent le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration le moins connu dans notre pays : 1 % de l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs a re\u00e7u des warrants de la part de son employeur l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, contre 0,5 % en 2012. Les warrants, ou options sur actions, donnent \u00e0 un travailleur le droit d\u2019acheter des actions \u00e0 un prix convenu au pr\u00e9alable pendant une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9finie. Le produit d\u2019investissement peut \u00eatre vendu avant la date d\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance contre un avantage net. Les warrants peuvent \u00eatre octroy\u00e9s sur base individuelle et ne connaissent aucune limitation l\u00e9gale en mati\u00e8re de montant. La valeur moyenne des warrants accord\u00e9s entre 2012 et 2015 s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 11\u2009726 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u2009La plupart des grandes organisations connaissent les warrants comme forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, mais ceux-ci permettent aussi aux plus petites entreprises de proposer un bonus suppl\u00e9mentaire attrayant \u00e0 leurs travailleurs moyennant des co\u00fbts salariaux g\u00e9rables. Le fait que l\u2019employeur puisse d\u00e9cider sur base individuelle \u00e0 quels travailleurs il souhaite \u00e9ventuellement offrir des warrants joue en outre un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important. L\u2019octroi de warrants doit bien entendu \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 dans le bon cadre juridique. Lorsque l\u2019attention requise y est consacr\u00e9e, nous constatons que le r\u00e8glement administratif de la proc\u00e9dure se d\u00e9roule parfaitement et entra\u00eene la satisfaction de l\u2019employeur et du travailleur.\u2009<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Et la dimension collective ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2015, 8,4 % de l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs pouvaient compter sur un bonus non r\u00e9current, soit une hausse de 35 % par rapport \u00e0 2012, o\u00f9 6,2 % des travailleurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient d\u2019un tel bonus. Les bonus non r\u00e9currents sont des avantages li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats collectifs d\u2019une entreprise. L\u2019employeur et le travailleur paient une cotisation sp\u00e9ciale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale sur ce montant, mais pas d\u2019imp\u00f4t. Les pouvoirs publics d\u00e9finissent chaque ann\u00e9e le montant maximal. Pour 2017, il s\u2019agit de 3255 \u20ac.
