Celui-ci nous annon\u00e7ait la prochaine entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;une vingtaine de nouveaux actionnaires dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, directement issus des rangs de ses collaborateurs. Pari tenu : un employ\u00e9 sur 4 est d\u00e9sormais actionnaire chez EASI.<!--more-->Comme Salvatore Curaba l&rsquo;indique dans un m\u00e9mo d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;exercice 2017 : <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est rassurant et agr\u00e9able de se projeter dans le futur, de savoir o\u00f9 on veut aller, de conna\u00eetre sa destination et de tout faire pour y arriver. C\u2019est pourquoi, chez EASI, nous d\u00e9finissions des plans \u00e0 5 ans avec une s\u00e9rie de challenges ambitieux \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Chaque collaborateur se mobilise alors pour cette mission.\u00a0Il faut cependant garder en t\u00eate que le plus important n\u2019est pas de r\u00e9ussir co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte ses challenges et d\u2019\u00eatre sous pression n\u00e9gativement. Le plus important, c\u2019est de faire tous ensemble le maximum pour y arriver, dans un climat positif et serein. Ces challenges, ce voyage sont extr\u00eamement f\u00e9d\u00e9rateurs chez EASI.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;entreprise informatique dont le si\u00e8ge est implant\u00e9 \u00e0 Nivelles vient d&rsquo;enregistrer un jalon important. <em>\u00ab\u00a0EASI n\u2019est plus ma soci\u00e9t\u00e9. C\u2019est notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Le nombre de collaborateurs actionnaires est pass\u00e9 de 4 \u00e0 41. Le pourcentage d\u2019actions d\u00e9tenu par les employ\u00e9s et managers est pass\u00e9 de 9% \u00e0 37%. Aujourd\u2019hui, un employ\u00e9 sur 4 est actionnaire chez EASI.\u00a0Le nombre de managers est pass\u00e9 de 5 \u00e0 16. Nous ne recrutons aucun manager ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cela me parait tellement \u00e9vident de faire confiance et de promouvoir mes collaborateurs. Le nombre de collaborateurs est quant \u00e0 lui pass\u00e9 de 95 \u00e0 167.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le est pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par le march\u00e9 puisque EASI a trust\u00e9 les r\u00e9compenses au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, dont celle de HR Team of the Year attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la 27\u00e8me HRM Night. Ces prix s&rsquo;accompagnent d&rsquo;une solide performance financi\u00e8re. Et demain ?<\/p>\n<p>Salvatore Curaba explique: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le Tome 3 courra de 2017 \u00e0 2019. Nous f\u00eaterons alors les 20 ans de EASI et j\u2019esp\u00e8re que cet anniversaire sera une tr\u00e8s grande f\u00eate. Nous avons d\u2019ailleurs 2 r\u00eaves fous : celui du Meilleur Employeur d\u2019Europe (nous \u00e9tions 8\u00e8me en 2016) et celui d\u2019Entreprise de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. En d\u2019autres termes, Bonheur et Performance.\u00a0Dans quelques mois, nous lancerons mondialement InboxZero, notre app de gestion d\u2019emails.
