Sur base de ce constat, l&rsquo;ICHEC propose un programme transversal \u00e0 destination des managers.<!--more-->Les \u00e9volutions technologiques sont de plus en plus rapides, les business mod\u00e8les \u00e9voluent sans cesse. Pensons \u00e0 Uber qui, apr\u00e8s avoir concurrenc\u00e9 les taxis, investit d\u00e9sormais dans les voitures connect\u00e9es sans chauffeur. Face au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, au management par objectifs, \u00e0 la connectivit\u00e9 permanente, aux smartphones, aux objets connect\u00e9s, il y a aussi une augmentation des cas de burn-out. Il est donc devenu indispensable, pour la survie m\u00eame des entreprises, de repenser leurs fa\u00e7ons de travailler face \u00e0 ce \u00ab\u00a0printemps num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par les chercheurs comme un changement de paradigme aussi important que l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de l\u2019imprimerie.<br \/>\nPour r\u00e9ussir cette transformation digitale, la formation est indispensable pour encadrer tant les managers que les collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme con\u00e7u par ICHEC Formation Continue int\u00e8grera au sein d\u2019une formation compl\u00e8te les aspects RH, management, marketing, informatique et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information car la transformation digitale des entreprises est un projet transversal qui n\u00e9cessite la collaboration de plusieurs d\u00e9partements. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019int\u00e9grer la formation, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux internes, l\u2019intelligence collective, la connectivit\u00e9 permanente, \u2026 et donc les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements ont leur r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer.<\/p>\n<p><em>La premi\u00e8re session aura lieu dans les b\u00e2timents d\u2019ICHEC-Montgomery du 6 f\u00e9vrier au 30 juin 2017, en soir\u00e9e (2 soir\u00e9es\/semaine) les lundis et mercredis de 18h15 \u00e0 21h15 (+ 4 samedis).
