La marge salariale est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 1,1% &#8211; hors indexation et hausses bar\u00e9miques &#8211; pour les deux ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. La FEB rel\u00e8ve l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre global de l&rsquo;accord. L&rsquo;AIP concerne non seulement les dossiers classiques tels que la marge salariale ou l&rsquo;enveloppe bien-\u00eatre mais aussi la position des partenaires sociaux quant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9fis soci\u00e9taux tels que la digitalisation ou le burn-out.<!--more--><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous pr\u00e9senterons dans les six mois des propositions concr\u00e8tes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> dans ces th\u00e8mes, a affirm\u00e9 Pieter Timmermans, administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Entreprises de Belgique (FEB). Selon l&rsquo;Unizo, la r\u00e9introduction de la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;essai pourrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre discut\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La Libre a recueilli les commentaires des diff\u00e9rents partenaires sociaux. \u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0On a \u00e9t\u00e9 chercher le maximum\u00a0\u00bb, a estim\u00e9 Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Tamellini, rempla\u00e7ant Marc Goblet (FGTB). Le syndicat socialiste, qui s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9 tout comme la CSC \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter de mani\u00e8re objective l&rsquo;accord, reste cependant amer sur le cadre impos\u00e9 par le gouvernement. \u00ab\u00a0Cela risque de peser pendant les consultations\u00a0\u00bb, selon lui. Le pr\u00e9sident du syndicat, Rudy De Leeuw, s&rsquo;est lui dit principalement satisfait que l&rsquo;index ait \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 patronal, cette marge maximale est \u00e9galement une bonne nouvelle car elle devrait, selon l&rsquo;UCM, la FEB et l&rsquo;Unizo, \u00ab\u00a0prot\u00e9ger la paix sociale\u00a0\u00bb et instaurer un climat serein. De plus, avec une hausse maximale d&rsquo;1,1%, \u00ab\u00a0la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises belges est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, s&rsquo;est r\u00e9joui Pieter Timmermans. \u00ab\u00a0Nos salaires augmenteront moins vite que dans les pays voisins.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Concernant l&rsquo;enveloppe bien-\u00eatre, \u00ab\u00a0tous les allocataires en profiteront\u00a0\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Ska (CSC). Un focus particulier a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur les chefs de famille monoparentale au ch\u00f4mage. Ceux d&rsquo;entre eux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&rsquo;une allocation de ch\u00f4mage parmi les plus basses la verront augmenter de 35%, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 l&rsquo;administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de la FEB.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux se sont \u00e9galement accord\u00e9s sur la pension anticip\u00e9e, qui ne sera plus possible avant 60 ans d&rsquo;ici 2019. L&rsquo;\u00e2ge minimum de la pr\u00e9pension augmentera d&rsquo;un an avant de passer finalement \u00e0 60 ans. Seule exception, l&rsquo;accord pr\u00e9voit que les pr\u00e9pensions \u00e0 55 ans sont acquises pour les restructurations annonc\u00e9es en 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement se penchera sur le projet d&rsquo;accord lors du conseil des ministres de ce jeudi.
