Au menu aujourd\u2019hui, Federgon souligne la pertinence du recours \u00e0 l\u2019interim dans la fonction publique.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Le travail int\u00e9rimaire dans le secteur public est en effet repris dans la d\u00e9claration gouvernementale f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Celle-ci pr\u00e9voit l\u2019introduction et l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation du travail int\u00e9rimaire dans les services et entreprises publics. Apr\u00e8s la R\u00e9gion flamande, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral s\u2019appr\u00eate donc, lui aussi, \u00e0 modifier la r\u00e9glementation en la mati\u00e8re. La mesure est bien entendu accueillie tr\u00e8s favorablement par Federgon.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le signale Federgon via communiqu\u00e9: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous d\u00e9fendons l\u2019id\u00e9e que le travail int\u00e9rimaire peut et doit jouer un r\u00f4le important dans le secteur public, et ce dans le cadre d\u2019une politique RH adapt\u00e9e. La Belgique est, avec la Gr\u00e8ce, le seul pays d\u2019Europe o\u00f9 il existe encore des dispositions interdisant le recours au travail int\u00e9rimaire dans les services publics. Dans la pratique, de nombreux minist\u00e8res (f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et r\u00e9gionaux), des villes et communes, des entreprises publiques\u2026 ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 avec des int\u00e9rimaires. Pour des missions de courte ou de plus longue dur\u00e9e et pour toute une s\u00e9rie de fonctions: ing\u00e9nieurs, comptables, secr\u00e9taires, ouvriers qualifi\u00e9s et non qualifi\u00e9s.
