Celle-ci repr\u00e9sente pour certaines entreprises un argument d\u00e9finitif permettant de temp\u00e9rer les revendications des travailleurs, et pour d&rsquo;autres, un frein \u00e0 leur volont\u00e9 de mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer leurs collaborateurs.<!--more-->En sondant pr\u00e8s de mille entreprises belges, le secr\u00e9tariat social SD Worx a souhait\u00e9 savoir comment celles-ci appliquent la norme salariale en leur sein: <em>\u00ab\u00a0les entreprises sont tenues de respecter les accords pass\u00e9s dans le secteur dont elles font partie. Pour un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles (53 %), les choses en restent l\u00e0 : elles s\u2019alignent simplement sur l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation qu\u2019en donne leur secteur. Un peu plus d\u2019un quart (27 %) int\u00e8grent un volet suppl\u00e9mentaire par le biais d\u2019une politique salariale interne ; 19 % conc\u00e8dent un petit extra qui s\u2019ajoute aux accords sectoriels si leurs finances le leur permettent et \u00e0 condition bien s\u00fbr que cet extra respecte la norme salariale.\u00a0Les chiffres montrent que le secteur a un impact important sur la mise en oeuvre des augmentations de salaire. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s clair, et tr\u00e8s positif. Parall\u00e8lement, nous observons qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 des entreprises appr\u00e9cieraient une plus grande libert\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision concernant l\u2019application de ces hausses salariales. Cette \u00ab\u00a0envie\u00a0\u00bb de prendre les r\u00eanes en mains cro\u00eet avec la taille de l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les PME plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate souligne que <em>\u00ab\u00a080 % des entreprises employant de 1 \u00e0 5 travailleurs ne poss\u00e8dent pas de politique salariale propre, alors que 40 % de celles en comptant plus de 100 en ont une. En revanche, 20 % des PME de moins de 100 personnes sont tout \u00e0 fait dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 faire un petit geste lorsque leur situation financi\u00e8re le leur permet. Dans les entreprises de plus grande taille, la d\u00e9marche est moins spontan\u00e9e.\u00a0Reste \u00e0 savoir comment les secteurs vont mettre en pratique ce 1,1 %. Si un secteur applique la hausse collectivement et de mani\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire, comme le suppl\u00e9ment de 250 euros accord\u00e9 il y a quelques ann\u00e9es \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s de la commission paritaire 200, il ne laissera pas beaucoup de latitude aux entreprises souhaitant \u00ab\u00a0faire un geste\u00a0\u00bb dans le cadre de leur propre structure bar\u00e9mique ou en faveur des plus performants. Ces suppl\u00e9ments d\u00e9pendent alors principalement des r\u00e9sultats financiers. Sans oublier qu\u2019une PME de taille restreinte se r\u00e9v\u00e8lera parfois plus maniable d\u2019une grande entreprise pour saisir le moment propice.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Elle rel\u00e8ve enfin d&rsquo;importantes diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales: <em>\u00ab\u00a0parmi les entreprises bruxelloises, 41 % s\u2019en tiennent strictement aux accords sectoriels, contre 56 % en Flandre et 66 % en Wallonie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La marge salariale pr\u00e9vue via l&rsquo;AIP (Accord Inter-Professionnel 2017-2018) pr\u00e9voit une augmentation maximale de 1,1% en plus de l&rsquo;index.
