Les r\u00e9ponses portent tant sur les priorit\u00e9s des applications technologiques que sur les investissements. Cinq tendances mondiales apparaissent.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1. L\u2019intelligence artificielle est le porte-parole digital des entreprises.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis les v\u00e9hicules qui se conduisent de mani\u00e8re autonome jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la traduction en temps r\u00e9el, l\u2019intelligence artificielle rend les interfaces rapides, intelligentes et efficaces.\u00a0L\u2019intelligence artificielle am\u00e9liore ainsi la capacit\u00e9 humaine afin que nous puissions faire davantage de choses, ensemble.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes digitaux d\u00e9finissent le nouveau macrocosme digital.<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019\u00eatre en concurrence de mani\u00e8re \u00ab traditionnelle \u00bb, les entreprises int\u00e8grent aujourd\u2019hui leurs activit\u00e9s de base avec des partenaires tiers dans une plateforme digitale afin de fournir un meilleur service aux clients.\u00a075 % des cadres estiment que l&rsquo;avantage concurrentiel n\u2019est d\u00e9sormais plus d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l&rsquo;organisation elle-m\u00eame, mais par la puissance des partenariats et des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes dans lesquels l&rsquo;organisation exerce ses activit\u00e9s. Une grande compagnie active dans le secteur automobile (voitures et camions) utilise par exemple le core-business digital d\u2019une entreprise de covoiturage.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. Un march\u00e9 ouvert pour les talents \u00e9liminera la relation employeur-employ\u00e9 traditionnelle.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;avenir du \u00ab travail \u00bb est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en marche, et les leaders digitaux r\u00e9inventent fondamentalement leur main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. Dans le nouvel environnement de travail, les entreprises \u00ab empruntent \u00bb la main d\u2019\u0153uvre en vue d&rsquo;atteindre leurs objectifs plus rapidement, de mani\u00e8re moins co\u00fbteuse et de fa\u00e7on plus cr\u00e9ative.\u00a0Les collaborateurs ne sont d\u00e9sormais plus li\u00e9s \u00e0 un travail fixe et sp\u00e9cifique, mais disposent de beaucoup plus d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s. Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de renom active dans le secteur FMCG a par exemple tent\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience en travaillant avec des talents externes (\u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de gestion ind\u00e9pendant), et a constat\u00e9 que 60 % des produits \u00e9taient fabriqu\u00e9s et livr\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re plus rapide et moins co\u00fbteuse qu\u2019auparavant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4. La technologie du futur s\u2019adapte \u00e0 nous.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0La technologie qui est bas\u00e9e sur les comportements humains augmente la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience pour les clients et les consommateurs, ainsi que l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des d\u00e9veloppements technologiques. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019homme devait auparavant comprendre la technologie, c\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 elle de comprendre l&rsquo;homme.\u00a0Le comportement d\u2019un internaute sur un site internet et sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux peut \u00eatre analys\u00e9 dans le but de d\u00e9couvrir les causes de sa frustration ou d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 au site.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5. Un important changement verra le jour : des entreprises \u2018market taker\u2019 vers des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u2018market shaper\u2019.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9voluent dans un territoire inconnu en ce qui concerne les r\u00e8gles du jeu au sein du monde digital. En effet, les r\u00e8gles et normes traditionnelles ne sont plus valables. Les organismes gouvernementaux ne sont souvent plus en mesure de suivre le rythme des nouvelles technologies.
