Il est sans doute encore trop t\u00f4t pour crier victoire. En effet, au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, 62,65% des travailleurs belges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 absents au moins un jour pour cause de maladie.<!--more-->En 2016, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme en Belgique est rest\u00e9 pratiquement au m\u00eame niveau qu\u2019en 2015. Cette tendance m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre soulign\u00e9e, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019absent\u00e9isme \u00e9tait en forte augmentation depuis 2004. Voici les enseignements de cette \u00e9tude bas\u00e9e sur des chiffres de SD Worx concernant plus de 620.000 travailleurs employ\u00e9s dans pr\u00e8s de 18.000 entreprises belges du secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le pourcentage total d\u2019absent\u00e9isme (\u00e0 savoir le rapport entre le nombre moyen de jours de maladie et le nombre de jours prest\u00e9s) a enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de 0,12% en 2016 pour atteindre les 5,52% en 2016. Sur cent jours de travail, l\u2019employeur belge reste donc chez lui en moyenne 5,52 jours pour cause de maladie. L\u2019absent\u00e9isme de courte dur\u00e9e (moins d\u2019un mois de maladie ininterrompu) progresse de 2,59% en 2015 \u00e0 2,64% en 2016. L\u2019absent\u00e9isme de longue dur\u00e9e (d\u2019un mois \u00e0 un an de maladie ininterrompu) passe de 2,81% \u00e0 2,88%.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLes nouvelles r\u00e8gles \u00e9labor\u00e9es par le gouvernement pour accompagner les malades de longue dur\u00e9e en leur proposant un emploi adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 titre d\u00e9finitif ou temporaire sont d\u00e9terminantes dans ce cadre. Depuis le d\u00e9but 2017, des parcours sp\u00e9cifiques sont en place en vue de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer le travailleur malade dans son entreprise ou sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces mesures, les malades de longue dur\u00e9e peuvent reprendre le travail progressivement et \u00e0 leur rythme, en conservant leurs allocations de maladie. Il est naturellement encore trop t\u00f4t pour voir tous les effets de ces mesures, mais nous esp\u00e9rons qu\u2019\u00e0 terme, elles influenceront les statistiques positivement. On observe aussi qu&rsquo;un nombre croissant d&rsquo;entreprises prennent des mesures cibl\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9venir l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme\u201d<\/em>, indique Fran\u00e7ois Lombard, Consultant HR chez SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p>Marie-No\u00eblle Schmickler, m\u00e9decin et directrice de Mensura, estime que les entreprises peuvent tr\u00e8s ais\u00e9ment faciliter la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des malades de longue dur\u00e9e :<em> \u201cLes entreprises peuvent sensiblement accro\u00eetre la probabilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration de leurs malades de longue dur\u00e9e en maintenant tout simplement le contact avec eux pendant leur absence. Les collaborateurs absents pendant une longue p\u00e9riode pour cause de maladie ont souvent du mal \u00e0 franchir le pas et reprendre le travail. En gardant le contact, cet obstacle devient largement moins insurmontable. 92% des malades de longue dur\u00e9e travaillant dans des entreprises qui maintiennent le contact reprennent leur poste. Ce pourcentage n\u2019est que de 64% dans les entreprises qui ne le font pas.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les collaborateurs les plus actifs durement touch\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Comme escompt\u00e9, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme global augmente en fonction de l\u2019\u00e2ge du travailleur. Chez les travailleurs les plus jeunes (moins de 30 ans), l\u2019absent\u00e9isme total se situe \u00e0 3,98%. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie des 30-50 ans, il est de 5,32%, pour 7,02% aux 50+.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 noter, l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme global est la plus faible chez les 50+ : de 7,01% en 2015 \u00e0 7,02% en 2016. Chez les employ\u00e9s de moins de 30 ans, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme global augmente de 3,88% en 2015 \u00e0 3,98% en 2016. Chez les employ\u00e9s de 30 \u00e0 50 ans, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme augmente de 5,18% \u00e0 5,32%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019\u00e2ge n\u2019a par contre aucun effet direct sur l\u2019absent\u00e9isme de courte dur\u00e9e. Dans ce cadre, on note que ce sont surtout les trentenaires qui s\u2019absentent pour de courtes dur\u00e9es (2,75%). Cette situation est probablement imputable aux multiples activit\u00e9s des personnes de cette tranche d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, qui complique l&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;un bon \u00e9quilibre entre le travail, la famille et les loisirs. Il arrive peut-\u00eatre plus souvent aux trentenaires de voir cet \u00e9quilibre perturb\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00eatre absents pour quelques jours.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Revalider le\u00a0lien avec l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage global d\u2019absent\u00e9isme augmente fortement au cours des quatre premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d\u2019anciennet\u00e9. Chez les travailleurs ayant moins d\u2019un an d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme global est de 3,2%, il augmente ensuite \u00e0 4,76% chez les travailleurs ayant de 1 \u00e0 2 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et passe \u00e0 5,80% chez les travailleurs ayant de 3 \u00e0 4 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, exc\u00e9dant ainsi l\u2019absent\u00e9isme moyen (5,52%).
