SPIE Belgium nous livre un exemple de collaboration avec Bruxelles Formation et Interface3 afin qu\u2019un nombre croissant de femmes s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 ses\u00a0m\u00e9tiers (p\u00e9nuriques).<!--more-->Recherche \u00e9lectriciennes d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment&#8230; SPIE Belgium est confront\u00e9e au manque de main d&rsquo;oeuvre global, et f\u00e9minine en particulier. Le groupe a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0En janvier dernier, douze femmes ont entam\u00e9 une formation d\u2019\u00e9lectricienne industrielle \u00e0 Bruxelles. Organis\u00e9e par Bruxelles Formation et Interface3, ce cursus de 11 mois comprend des modules vari\u00e9s\u00a0(math\u00e9matiques, informatique, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, installations \u00e9l\u00e9ctriques, automatisme en logique c\u00e2bl\u00e9e et\u00a0machines tournantes). Des cours de n\u00e9erlandais, gestion du stress et communication figurent\u00a0\u00e9galement au programme.\u00a0Les femmes attir\u00e9es par un avenir professionnel dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0\u00a0plusieurs conditions pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette formation gratuite. \u00c2g\u00e9es de moins de 30 ans et en\u00a0recherche d\u2019emploi, elles doivent avoir si possible termin\u00e9 leurs \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures. Aucune\u00a0comp\u00e9tence technique sp\u00e9cifique n\u2019est requise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pendant leur formation, les futures \u00e9lectriciennes industrielles devront suivre un stage de 6 mois en\u00a0entreprise. Elles sont les bienvenues chez SPIE Belgium qui prend d\u00e9j\u00e0 de nombreuses mesures en\u00a0interne pour favoriser la mixit\u00e9. Dans le cadre de son programme RSE, SPIE Belgium a mis sur pied\u00a0\u2018So\u2019SPIE Ladies\u2019, un r\u00e9seau de sensibilisation au sujet. Jean-Pierre Martin, directeur des ressources<\/em><br \/>\n<em> humaines chez SPIE Belgium, d\u00e9clare : \u00ab\u00a0Chez SPIE, nous avons pour mission de faire progresser\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et d\u2019augmenter la mixit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes, de favoriser un meilleur d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0des carri\u00e8res f\u00e9minines et de sensibiliser nos personnels \u00e0 la mixit\u00e9. En plus d\u2019organiser des ateliers et\u00a0du recrutement de plus de profils f\u00e9minins, nous avons r\u00e9pondu positivement \u00e0 l\u2019appel de Bruxelles\u00a0Formation et d\u2019Interface3 ; nous sommes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 leur d\u00e9marche positive pour int\u00e9grer davantage de\u00a0femmes dans des secteurs dits masculins, dont l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 fait partie. Fin janvier, nous nous sommes\u00a0donc rendus avec ces futures \u00e9lectriciennes sur l\u2019un de nos chantiers li\u00e9geois afin de leur donner\u00a0l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de se rendre compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain. Par ailleurs, celles qui le d\u00e9sirent pourront\u00a0pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 SPIE Belgium leur candidature en vue d\u2019un stage.
