Voici les enjeux du dossier th\u00e9matique n\u00b0210 de Peoplesphere.<!--more-->Tentons de v\u00e9rifier ceci ensemble : trois changements majeurs seraient intervenus dans la relation \u2013 ce que l\u2019on appelle aussi parfois le contrat moral \u2013 entre l\u2019entreprise et ses collaborateurs. S\u2019y int\u00e9resser, ce n\u2019est pas seulement essayer de comprendre les mouvements de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et leurs impacts sur la vie dans l\u2019entreprise. C\u2019est aussi tenter une analyse de la mani\u00e8re d\u2019adapter notre People Management en cons\u00e9quence. C\u2019est enfin le meilleur moyen d\u2019entamer la r\u00e9flexion concernant le futur de cette discipline essentielle et complexe qui consiste \u00e0 \u2018g\u00e9rer\u2019 des individus et des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assertion la plus fr\u00e9quente, que nous partageons sans r\u00e9serve d\u2019ailleurs : le rapport de force s\u2019est invers\u00e9! Il est r\u00e9volu le temps o\u00f9 l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait dominante puisqu\u2019en position de dicter qui et quand elle recrute et licencie. Nous allons voir que ceci est vrai, sans aucun doute, mais seulement pour une cat\u00e9gorie de population, pour les talents identifi\u00e9s en tant que tels, sur base de leurs comp\u00e9tences ou de leurs performances. Ce \u2018nouvel \u00e9quilibre\u2019 dans la relation employeur\/employ\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e8re plus d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s encore que ce que nous connaissons d\u00e9j\u00e0. Il creuse un foss\u00e9 social dangereux\u2026 Peut-on accepter cela dans les sph\u00e8res RH o\u00f9 nous sommes suppos\u00e9s garantir une \u00e9quit\u00e9 de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer? C\u2019est un d\u00e9bat difficile sur lequel nous devrons revenir. En attendant, nous allons collecter les signes concrets qui d\u00e9montrent pourquoi et comment les r\u00f4les dans la relation entre l\u2019entreprise et ses travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 redistribu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me constat : le rapport de subordination n\u2019existe plus. L\u2019argument d\u2019autorit\u00e9 ne fonctionne plus. Simple question g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle? Hum\u2026 Ce n\u2019est sans doute pas aussi simple que cela. L\u2019\u00e9mergence des millenials ne suffit pas \u00e0 expliquer une relation \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 qui s\u2019est effondr\u00e9e. Nous pourrions y voir aussi l\u2019expression d\u2019une perte de confiance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale vis-\u00e0-vis de tout ce qui incarne le pouvoir. A explorer donc\u2026 en conservant \u00e0 l\u2019esprit une cons\u00e9quence probable de cette \u00e9volution au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019un nombre de plus en plus important de travailleurs prennent un statut de freelance. Si cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment de subordination est bel et bien en train de dispara\u00eetre, nous aurons vraisemblablement besoin d\u2019une red\u00e9finition des crit\u00e8res qui permettent de distinguer une relation contractuelle sur base d\u2019un statut employ\u00e9 ou d\u2019un statut ind\u00e9pendant.<\/p>\n<p>Reste enfin la question de la guerre des talents? L\u2019appellation a-t-elle encore un sens?<br \/>\nCela veut-il dire quelque chose encore, ou bien sommes nous dans une situation normalis\u00e9e (comme la crise, qui est install\u00e9e \u2018durablement\u2019\u2026). La concurrence n\u2019op\u00e8re d\u00e9sormais plus seulement entre les entreprises qui vont se disputer les meilleurs profils sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Le choix est multiple pour ces talents, \u00e0 commencer par celui qui consiste \u00e0 monnayer leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats de mani\u00e8re aussi diversifi\u00e9e que possible aupr\u00e8s de leurs propres clients\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ces trois questions sont de l\u2019ordre du soci\u00e9tal\u2026 Et les d\u00e9fis manag\u00e9riaux qui en d\u00e9coulent sont colossaux.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes en train de vivre la mutation du rapport de force \u2018classique\u2019, tel qu\u2019il existe entre un dominant et un domin\u00e9, vers une relation d\u2019\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal entre des parties qui doivent encore apprendre \u00e0 se respecter. Ce sont des moments palpitants \u00e0 vivre.
