Au-del\u00e0 des mesures concernant l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs du pays, le secteur associatif entend \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9fendre un mod\u00e8le de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9, les services publics, sociaux, de sant\u00e9 et culturels ont les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour permettre  \u00e0 chaque citoyen de vivre dignement.\u00a0\u00bb<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>La CNE souligne les cons\u00e9quences des mesures attendues du nouveau gouvernement concernant entre autres le rel\u00e8vement de l\u2019\u00e2ge de fin de carri\u00e8re, le saut d\u2019index ou encore le travail obligatoire pour les ch\u00f4meurs et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de revenu d\u2019int\u00e9gration,\u2026 Elle souhaite par ailleurs mettre en \u00e9vidence l\u2019impact particulier des mesures sur le secteur non-marchand.<\/p>\n<p>Il est vrai que l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude est forte aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ensemble des acteurs du secteur associatif.<\/p>\n<p>La CNE rel\u00e8ve parmi les principaux motifs d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude:<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u2019impact potentiel sur les budgets des soins de sant\u00e9, l\u2019emploi et la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des conditions de travail;<br \/>\n&#8211; Le report des d\u00e9penses d\u2019infrastructures en maison de repos et en accueil de l\u2019enfance (R\u00e9gion wallonne);<br \/>\n&#8211; La disparition possible des dispositifs de plan tandem qui permettaient au personnel de plus de 50 ans de passer en cr\u00e9dit-temps mi-temps avec embauche d\u2019un jeune travailleur;<br \/>\n&#8211; Les menaces sur les dispositifs d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019emploi dans le cadre des transferts de comp\u00e9tence (emplois jeunes, APE, ACS,\u2026).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs du secteur non-marchand annoncent une grande mobilisation du secteur dans le cadre de la grande manifestation interprofessionnelle de cette semaine.
