Les r\u00e9sultats publi\u00e9s par le Selor attestent de la reprise des recrutements au sein des services publics.<!--more-->Au total, Selor a donc publi\u00e9 6.018 postes vacants en 2016. 84 % de ceux-ci (5.065) concernaient des postes vacants dans l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, les autres concernant des emplois au sein de services publics d\u2019autres niveaux. Le nombre total de candidats ayant postul\u00e9 chez Selor a suivi cette tendance \u00e0 la hausse par rapport \u00e0 2015 et a augment\u00e9 de 77 % pour atteindre 142.773 candidats au total.<\/p>\n<p>Cette forte augmentation se remarque surtout au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, pour lequel Selor a trait\u00e9 5.065 offres d\u2019emplois en 2016.<br \/>\nLe nombre global de candidats a augment\u00e9 de 77 % par rapport \u00e0 2015 et s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 142.773 candidats en 2016 pour l\u2019ensemble des offres d\u2019emploi. Au total, Selor a screen\u00e9 104.853 candidats en 2016, soit une augmentation de 55 % par rapport \u00e0 2015. Cela signifie que Selor a mesur\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences dans le cadre de toutes les missions qui lui incombent : s\u00e9lections pour un emploi statutaire ou contractuel, s\u00e9lections du march\u00e9 interne, s\u00e9lections de carri\u00e8re (promotion interne), tests organis\u00e9s pour le secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et du gardiennage ou encore tests linguistiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Autres chiffres marquants<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Le site web de Selor a re\u00e7u plus de 6,5 millions de visites en 2016, soit une croissance de 24,23 % par rapport \u00e0 2015. Le nombre de visiteurs uniques a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 6 % par rapport \u00e0 2015.<br \/>\n\u2022 La page Facebook de Selor compte d\u00e9sormais plus de 44.000 fans<br \/>\n\u2022 39 % des offres d\u2019emploi concernaient des fonctions de niveau master<br \/>\n\u2022 Les candidats venaient principalement de la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale, des provinces du Hainaut, de Li\u00e8ge et de Flandre-Orientale<br \/>\n\u2022 Les services publics f\u00e9d\u00e9raux ayant le plus recrut\u00e9 en 2016 \u00e9taient le SPF Finances, le SPF Justice et le SPF Int\u00e9rieur.
