La reconnaissance reste plus que jamais un des piliers des cultures d&rsquo;entreprise qui &lsquo;marchent&rsquo;. En ce 1er mars, cette nouvelle journ\u00e9e mondiale des compliments est l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;y pr\u00eater une attention particuli\u00e8re.<!--more-->Et manifestement, la situation n&rsquo;est pas aussi noire que nous pourrions le penser. En effet, une \u00e9tude scientifique r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour le compte du groupe RH ASAP r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 8 salari\u00e9s sur 10 et 9 ind\u00e9pendants sur dix se sentent valoris\u00e9s au travail. Les ind\u00e9pendants se sentent principalement valoris\u00e9s par leurs clients (86\u00a0%), tandis que les salari\u00e9s d\u00e9signent leurs sup\u00e9rieurs (66\u00a0%) et leurs coll\u00e8gues (65\u00a0%) comme la source de cette consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude scientifique men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1\u00a0280 r\u00e9pondants des quatre coins de la Belgique (r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le centre d\u2019expertise \u00ab\u00a0Innovatief Ondernemen\u00a0\u00bb de la haute \u00e9cole PXL d\u2019Hasselt et par l\u2019entreprise de collecte de donn\u00e9es SSI).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Un processus \u00e0 sens unique ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les Belges attribuent le plus souvent l\u2019origine de cette valorisation \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues (63\u00a0%) ou \u00e0 leur \u00ab\u00a0patron\u00a0\u00bb\/sup\u00e9rieur (61\u00a0%). L\u2019inverse est en revanche beaucoup moins fr\u00e9quent\u00a0: seuls 12\u00a0% des collaborateurs complimentent leur patron. Enfin, cette consid\u00e9ration \u00e9mane \u00e0 53\u00a0% de clients reconnaissants.<\/p>\n<p>En termes d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation, nous constatons des diff\u00e9rences notables entre salari\u00e9s et ind\u00e9pendants. Les ind\u00e9pendants qui se sentent valoris\u00e9s d\u00e9signent leurs clients comme une source significativement plus fr\u00e9quente de consid\u00e9ration (86\u00a0% contre 50\u00a0% par les travailleurs). Pour les salari\u00e9s, ce r\u00f4le est jou\u00e9 par le sup\u00e9rieur (66\u00a0%) et les coll\u00e8gues (65\u00a0%).\u00a0De tr\u00e8s nombreux Belges per\u00e7oivent donc leur travail comme estim\u00e9 \u00e0 sa juste valeur.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9vidence: un petit compliment fait toujours plaisir. Il contribue par ailleurs au bonheur au travail, comme le rappelle Ruben Peumans (CEO d\u2019ASAP HR Group)\u00a0:<em> \u00ab\u00a0ASAP a cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette initiative de la Journ\u00e9e des Compliments pour la simple raison qu\u2019une petite marque de sympathie au travail maximise le \u201csentiment Enjoy\u201d. D\u2019une part, notre site web vous permet d\u2019envoyer un compliment par e-mail ou de le partager sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Dans toute relation passionn\u00e9e, c\u2019est tous les jours la Saint-Valentin.
