









{"id":410,"date":"2014-11-06T16:51:02","date_gmt":"2014-11-06T14:51:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/wp\/?p=410"},"modified":"2015-01-19T16:52:52","modified_gmt":"2015-01-19T14:52:52","slug":"les-horaires-classiques-du-travail-au-placard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/les-horaires-classiques-du-travail-au-placard\/","title":{"rendered":"Les horaires classiques du travail au placard?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"chapeau\">Nouvelle \u00e9dition du rapport \u00ab\u00a0Connected World Technology Report\u00a0\u00bb de Cisco, une enqu\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon mondial qui a pour objectif d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019incidence de la technologie sur notre mani\u00e8re de vivre au travail.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Le contenu de cette enqu\u00eate confirme les recherches que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu l\u2019occasion de mener pr\u00e9alablement (voir le dossier Peoplesphere de juillet 2014 consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Environnement de travail) mais apporte par ailleurs un \u00e9clairage int\u00e9ressant sur l\u2019impact de la connectivit\u00e9 quant \u00e0 l\u2019organisation concr\u00e8te du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport souligne en effet les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont quasiment disponibles en permanence pour leur travail. En cons\u00e9quence, le travail de bureau comme nous le connaissons, le \u00ab\u00a0nine-to-five job\u00a0\u00bb, est en voie de disparition. La journ\u00e9e de travail actuelle s\u2019organise plut\u00f4t comme suit: de 07h00 \u00e0 08h00, de 09h00 \u00e0 12h00, de 14h00 \u00e0 17h00 et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, encore de 21h00 \u00e0 22h00. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle un nombre sans cesse croissant d\u2019entreprises appliquent des r\u00e9gimes de travail et des horaires souples. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des responsables en ressources humaines qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont adopt\u00e9 les fondamentaux du nouveau travail ou les ont mis \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour. Un seul r\u00e9pondant sur quatre indique qu\u2019il peut travailler \u00e0 domicile. Les collaborateurs plus jeunes, les moins de 30 ans appartenant \u00e0 la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0Y\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent travailler au bureau o\u00f9, selon leurs dires, ils sont plus productifs et plus efficaces.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier constat semble paradoxal\u2026 Le rapport constate par ailleurs que <em>\u00ab\u00a0dans le cadre de leur recherche d\u2019un emploi, 75% donnent leur pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des entreprises avec des horaires flexibles qui autorisent le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. L\u2019enqu\u00eate indique qu\u2019ils ne sont toutefois pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire des concessions pour cette flexibilit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire. En effet, seul un cinqui\u00e8me des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que la flexibilit\u00e9 prime le salaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette enqu\u00eate est \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion de recueillir l\u2019avis des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise sur l\u2019adaptation \u00e9ventuelle de leurs modes de management en fonction des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Ceux-ci <em>\u00ab\u00a0estiment par ailleurs qu\u2019il est plus facile de diriger des collaborateurs de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0X\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 savoir les 31 \u00e0 50 ans. Deux tiers estiment qu\u2019il existe des diff\u00e9rences marquantes entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00ab\u00a0X\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Y\u00a0\u00bb. Apparemment, la plus grande difficult\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans l\u2019ambition de type \u00ab\u00a0Je le veux maintenant\u00a0\u00bb des vingtenaires. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle les responsables de RH s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une (r)\u00e9volution des mod\u00e8les de gestion classiques. Selon une large majorit\u00e9 des responsables de RH, les supertaskers dopent \u00e9galement la productivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Ces travailleurs multit\u00e2ches n\u2019\u00e9prouvent en effet aucune difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u00ealer vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, et s\u2019attendent \u00e0 la m\u00eame flexibilit\u00e9 de la part de leur employeur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les outils de travail et les aspects de mobilit\u00e9 sont eux aussi pass\u00e9s au crible. Le rapport nous indique que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le smartphone est devenu incontournable et la grande majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants indiquent qu\u2019il est devenu l\u2019appareil de travail le plus important des collaborateurs. Par ailleurs, l\u2019ordinateur portable reste le plus pris\u00e9 pour les t\u00e2ches de bureau. Dans 40% des entreprises, les collaborateurs peuvent se connecter au r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprise avec l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre appareil afin de s\u2019acquitter de leurs t\u00e2ches. Un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 des participants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate accomplissent aussi du travail en conduisant. La moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants passent au moins un quart de leur temps de d\u00e9placement \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner. Trois dixi\u00e8mes des personnes interrog\u00e9es s\u2019attendent \u00e0 avoir des voitures autonomes d\u00e8s l\u2019horizon 2020, de sorte qu\u2019ils pourront plus facilement travailler sur le trajet entre leur domicile et leur lieu de travail et inversement. Huit participants sur dix pensent qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 de 2020, ils pourront faire appel \u00e0 des robots pour les aider \u00e0 effectuer leur travail\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate du fournisseur de r\u00e9seau a port\u00e9 sur 3 700 professionnels de 15 pays du monde, dont 830 collaborateurs du personnel. L\u2019\u00e2ge des participants est compris entre 18 et 50 ans. Ils \u00e9voluent tous dans un environnement professionnel, mais n\u2019occupent pas de fonctions d\u2019informaticiens, de chercheurs ou d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs. Des organisations et\/ou entreprises du secteur de l\u2019enseignement, du non-marchand, des bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9, des fournisseurs et consultants en technologie n\u2019ont pas particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate.
