Une fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer l&rsquo;incertitude dans le pilotage des projets de transformation qui concernent la plupart de nos entreprises.<!--more-->Une nouvelle \u00e9tude de KPMG r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les entreprises deviennent plus flexibles, \u00e9galement dans la r\u00e9alisation de projets.\u00a0Apporter des changements dans les processus op\u00e9rationnels est souvent compliqu\u00e9, mais les entreprises belges semblent sur la bonne voie. L&rsquo;\u00e9volution vers \u00ab l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 \u00bb et les \u00ab usines de l&rsquo;avenir \u00bb y contribue \u00e9videmment. Paul Olieman, directeur chez KPMG Advisory : <em>\u00ab\u00a0De nombreuses entreprises estiment que la gestion de projet agile est un instrument ad\u00e9quat lorsque les circonstances changent rapidement, par rapport aux approches traditionnelles bas\u00e9es sur la \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9thode en cascade\u00a0\u00bb. Dans cette approche, l&rsquo;objectif final est formul\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du projet et nous passons par un certain nombre de phases d\u00e9finies pendant l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de celui-ci.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Agile devient la nouvelle norme<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KPMG a interrog\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;entreprises en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas au sujet de leur mani\u00e8re d\u2019approcher les projets. La plupart d&rsquo;entre elles indiquent qu&rsquo;elles utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 la gestion de projet agile. Elles consid\u00e8rent cette m\u00e9thode comme \u00e9tant id\u00e9ale pour \u00eatre plus flexible et pouvoir anticiper constamment les nouveaux changements.\u00a0La majeure partie des entreprises sond\u00e9es s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo; \u00ab agile \u00bb devienne la nouvelle norme pour r\u00e9aliser des changements. Cependant, la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle de phases en cascade ne va pas dispara\u00eetre du jour au lendemain. Les deux m\u00e9thodes peuvent aussi \u00eatre employ\u00e9es en parall\u00e8le.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0La m\u00e9thode agile peut consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9ussite des projets. Il est certain qu&rsquo;elle peut constituer un atout dans le climat fortement concurrentiel et volatile dans lequel les entreprises \u00e9voluent actuellement.\u00a0Mais la mise en \u0153uvre de cette nouvelle approche n&rsquo;est pas toujours chose ais\u00e9e. Bien que le d\u00e9partement IT soit pr\u00e9sent d\u00e8s les premiers balbutiements du projet, pour une application r\u00e9ussie, il n\u00e9cessaire que d&rsquo;autres profils de l&rsquo;organisation soient impliqu\u00e9s du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin, qu&rsquo;ils croient en la m\u00e9thode et y contribuent activement<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Contr\u00f4le versus Confiance.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La gestion de projets et de programmes agile est encore en plein d\u00e9veloppement. Malgr\u00e9 les avantages que cette m\u00e9thode procure, la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es indique que le management a l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir trop peu de contr\u00f4le sur un projet agile. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs l&rsquo;un des plus importants d\u00e9fis qui se pr\u00e9sentent lors de la transition vers cette forme de gestion de projet. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Travailler de mani\u00e8re agile requiert de la part du management une position diff\u00e9rente de l&rsquo;approche traditionnelle des projets. \u00catre convaincu qu&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe ind\u00e9pendante et autonome a le projet sous contr\u00f4le constitue la caract\u00e9ristique la plus importante. Pour beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises matures, cette incertitude est d\u00e9licate, tandis que pour une start-up, par exemple, c&rsquo;est une \u00e9vidence. Il ne faut pas que le management cherche des m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le suppl\u00e9mentaires, mais qu&rsquo;il ose prendre assez de distance au bon moment et accorde sa confiance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.\u00a0Cela signifie \u00e9galement que les entreprises doivent faire une croix sur un certain nombre de KPI traditionnels et se concentrer sur d&rsquo;autres indicateurs de r\u00e9ussite.
