Et le facteur humain occupe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante dans ce processus de diff\u00e9renciation. Bien loin de l\u2019image historique d\u2019un secteur employant une main d\u2019\u0153uvre peu qualifi\u00e9e, il s\u2019agit de faire face \u00e0 de s\u00e9rieuses p\u00e9nuries de talents. Fabrice Clavie, son directeur RH et pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ADP Li\u00e8ge par ailleurs, nous explique comment il appr\u00e9hende l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019une relation de plus en plus exigeante entre les travailleurs et l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Oui, nous sommes sur un march\u00e9 \u00e0 deux vitesses \u00bb<\/em>. D\u2019embl\u00e9e, Fabrice Clavie confirme que tous les talents ne sont pas log\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00eame enseigne lorsque nous tentons de d\u00e9finir les contours de la relation employ\u00e9\/employeur aujourd\u2019hui.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019inversion du rapport de force tend donc \u00e0 se propager vers un nombre de m\u00e9tiers de plus en plus important, en ce compris des fonctions de base. La notion de personnalit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le de plus en plus significatif , m\u00eame si le volume de l\u2019offre est tel que cela att\u00e9nue un peu cette tendance&#8230; \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em> \u00ab\u00a0La guerre des talents s\u2019est d\u00e9plac\u00e9e sur le terrain de la personnalit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous voyons une s\u00e9rie de personnes qui n\u2019ont aucun mal \u00e0 trouver leur voie sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Pendant ce temps, d\u2019autres resteront emp\u00eatr\u00e9s dans les difficult\u00e9s. Pourquoi\u00a0? Ce que nous recherchons \u2013 ndlr\u00a0: et ce que la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises recherchent d\u2019ailleurs\u00a0! -, ce sont des profils qui sont orient\u00e9s changement, qui d\u00e9veloppent des comp\u00e9tences relationnelles leur permettant de travailler en r\u00e9seau dans et hors de l\u2019entreprise et qui sont capables de rigueur et d\u2019intelligence critique afin d\u2019optimiser le contexte et les r\u00e8gles dans lesquels ils doivent \u00e9voluer. En soi, la guerre des talents ne se d\u00e9roule plus tellement sur le terrain des comp\u00e9tences mais bien sur celui de la personnalit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Certains m\u00e9tiers restent p\u00e9nuriques (ing\u00e9nieurs, \u00e9lectro-m\u00e9caniciens, bouchers,\u2026). Il faut comprendre qu\u2019il ne suffit plus d\u2019avoir la comp\u00e9tence d\u00e9sormais, m\u00eame pour ces fonctions en manque de main d\u2019\u0153uvre.
