La chronique des Echos Start remet justement en place quelques id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;indique la chronique des Echos : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les jeunes r\u00eaveraient d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, de libert\u00e9, de flexibilit\u00e9, d\u2019autoentrepreneuriat&#8230; Au risque de d\u00e9cevoir ceux qui fantasment sur la fougue de la jeunesse : oui, nous voulons toujours des CDI.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, il est question \u00e9galement de construire des carri\u00e8res diverses, d&#8217;embrasser pleinement les opportunit\u00e9s de num\u00e9rique et du nomadisme digital, mais d&rsquo;autres &lsquo;contraintes&rsquo; doivent \u00eatre prises en compte et elles suffisent clairement \u00e0 encourager une certaine stabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pense-t-on que nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 finir le mois la boule au ventre, nous demandant si le salaire re\u00e7u est le dernier avant une p\u00e9riode de carence? Que nous sommes ravis de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager tous les six mois parce que nous avons trouv\u00e9 du travail ailleurs ?\u00a0Comme cette jeune sage-femme, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e depuis deux ans et demi, qui malgr\u00e9 les \u00e9loges de ses patientes a sign\u00e9 13 CDD en deux ans, dans 4 villes diff\u00e9rentes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Soyons clairs : il n\u2019y a rien d\u2019excitant \u00e0 ne pas trouver d\u2019appartement parce que dans les grandes villes, les CDD ne suffisent pas aux propri\u00e9taires. Ni \u00e0 voir son banquier nous rire au nez lorsque l\u2019on \u00e9voque la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acheter. Ni de renoncer, pour une p\u00e9riode dont nous ne connaissons pas la fin, \u00e0 construire une vie quelque part. Tout cela sans jamais pr\u00e9voir de vacances, dans l\u2019espoir d\u2019avoir trouv\u00e9 un emploi d\u2019ici l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 est un luxe inaccessible.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0De nombreux jeunes, une fois leur dipl\u00f4me en poche, se retrouvent dans l\u2019urgence de rembourser leur pr\u00eat \u00e9tudiant. Le luxe de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 n\u2019est accessible qu\u2019\u00e0 peu d\u2019entre nous, ceux qui peuvent compter sur leurs parents pour payer leur loyer voire les subventionner \u00e0 100%. Il s\u2019agit de ne pas l\u2019oublier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La publication du barom\u00e8tre permet \u00e9galement de s&rsquo;interroger sur la repr\u00e9sentation du CDI&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ceux qui en ont sign\u00e9 un n\u2019osent plus le quitter, m\u00eame s\u2019ils r\u00eavent d\u2019ailleurs. Est-ce le signe de l\u2019\u00e9ternelle et insolente insatisfaction des jeunes ?\u00a0Peut-\u00eatre pas. Peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agit que de la cons\u00e9quence de la sacralisation du CDI. Si difficile \u00e0 obtenir qu\u2019il en devient effrayant, et qu\u2019au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre un moyen pour s\u2019engager dans la vie professionnelle, il devient un but en soi.
