Autant vous dire que celle-ci suscite un peu de scepticisme \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 la communication (de plus en plus rapide et intense) et la dynamique collective ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur absolue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour le bon fonctionnement de nos organisations.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pouvoir travailler toute une matin\u00e9e sans \u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9, cela semble une utopie aujourd&rsquo;hui\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique chez Delta Lloyd Life. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;entreprise a lanc\u00e9 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience No Talk Tuesday, durant laquelle les employ\u00e9s ont l\u2019occasion de se d\u00e9connecter et de ne pas \u00eatre joignables le mardi avant-midi (\u00e9teindre son gsm, son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de bureau, ne pas planifier de meetings,\u2026) et peuvent travailler sereinement, en \u00e9tant concentr\u00e9s. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience a montr\u00e9 le besoin et la plus-value de tels moments de calme sur le lieu de travail. Cependant il semblerait qu\u2019un principe unique \u201cone-size-fits-all\u201d ne corresponderait pas \u00e0 chaque culture d\u2019entreprise. La personnalisation et la sensibilisation sont les mots cl\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Elke Van Hoof, professeur et sp\u00e9cialiste du burn-out, analyse l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du projet et formule quelques conseils destin\u00e9s aux employeurs, pour assurer le succ\u00e8s de ce concept prometteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Trop de stimuli au bureau<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude \u00ab En Qu\u00eate Nationale de Sant\u00e9 \u00bb men\u00e9e par l&rsquo;assureur au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s de 1000 travailleurs, <em>\u00ab\u00a0il semblerait que 60% des travailleurs aient suffisamment d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour \u00eatre productif au cours de la derni\u00e8re partie de la journ\u00e9e, et 40% ont l\u2019impression de ne jamais \u00eatre pr\u00eats. Les heures les plus productives semblement souvent \u00eatre les heures qui se situent avant et apr\u00e8s la journ\u00e9es de travail, car les employ\u00e9s peuvent, lors de ces moments, travailler sans \u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9s.\u00a0Cela vous est familier? Chaque employ\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu le cas : vous voulez enfin vous occuper du projet qui figure depuis des jours au planning, mais vous devez d&rsquo;abord lire 50 courriels, dont la moiti\u00e9 sont finalement superflus. Lorsque vous avez finalement trait\u00e9 cette longue liste de courriels, dix nouveaux courriels arrivent subitement. Entre-temps, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone n&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas de sonner, tandis que les coll\u00e8gues ne cessent d&rsquo;entrer et sortir, parce qu&rsquo;ils ont une question \u00e0 poser. Avant de vous en rendre compte, la journ\u00e9e de travail est presque finie, et vous n&rsquo;avez toujours pas termin\u00e9 ce projet. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne omnipr\u00e9sent, auquel l&#8217;employ\u00e9 belge est de plus en plus confront\u00e9 : l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 perp\u00e9tuelle. De nos jours, tout et tous sont connect\u00e9s en permanence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, l\u2019entreprise a mis en place des initiatives originales pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 physique de ses collaborateurs (yoga au travail, espace fitness, accompagnement professionnel des collaborateurs par le biais de tests physiques). D\u00e9sormais, elle \u0153uvre \u00e9galement au bien-\u00eatre mental de ses collaborateurs avec No Talk Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Cette initiative vient des \u00c9tats-Unis, o\u00f9 les collaborateurs ont l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de travailler en silence le mardi pendant une demi-journ\u00e9e, sans \u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9s par leurs coll\u00e8gues. Pendant quelques heures, tous les stimuli sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s et les collaborateurs peuvent se concentrer sur leur travail. Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude \u00ab En Qu\u00eate Nationale de Sant\u00e9 \u00bb, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s belges est soumise \u00e0 un stress r\u00e9gulier et 66% se montrent positifs vis-\u00e0-vis des initiatives telles que No Talk Tuesday. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons lanc\u00e9 notre propre exp\u00e9rience. Notre objectif ultime ? Permettre \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s de travailler efficacement et tranquillement, afin qu\u2019ils rentrent chez eux satisfaits et d\u00e9tendus. En sa qualit\u00e9 d\u2019employeur, l&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0souhaite non seulement collecter des donn\u00e9es mais aussi contribuer activement \u00e0 une meilleure sant\u00e9 de ses employ\u00e9s \u00bb, <\/em>d\u00e9clare Davine Dujardin, porte-parole.<\/p>\n<p>En pratique, <em>\u00ab\u00a0pendant trois mardis du mois de mars, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 aux employ\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9teindre leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et de fermer leur bo\u00eete e-mail au cours de la matin\u00e9e. Pendant quelques heures, les coll\u00e8gues ne pouvaient pas se d\u00e9ranger en se posant des questions superflues. Pendant ce temps, chacun pouvait travailler s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans le calme et la concentration. Au cours du mois de mars, trois mardis matins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9s dans les agendas. Les r\u00e9unions et les appels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres dates. Un questionnaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9 aux participants avant et apr\u00e8s la matin\u00e9e de silence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Quel r\u00f4le pour l&#8217;employeur ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abAu travail, les gens sont submerg\u00e9s de stimuli, \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent : le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone fixe, le GSM, un flot de courriels, des coll\u00e8gues qui parlent ou qui d\u00e9sirent poser une question. Nous remarquons qu&rsquo;il est, d\u00e8s lors, difficile de se concentrer. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 No Talk Tuesday, nous voulons aider nos employ\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler de mani\u00e8re efficace et calmement, de sorte qu&rsquo;ils ne subissent pas de stress et qu&rsquo;ils puissent rentrer chez eux en \u00e9tant contents, \u00e0 la fin de leur journ\u00e9e de travail. Nous sommes heureux de constater que beaucoup de nos collaborateurs ont jug\u00e9 que ce projet apportait une plus-value\u00bb<\/em>, explique-t-elle encore.<\/p>\n<p>Le professeur en psychologie de la sant\u00e9 et sp\u00e9cialiste du burn-out, Elke Van Hoof,\u00a0confirme l\u2019importance d\u2019une bonne communication intensive pour la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un tel projet : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous vivons \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 la multiplicit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 de l\u2019information a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l\u2019illusion d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 absolue. Cela signifie que nous ne sommes pas habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 ce qu\u2019une personne ne soit plus directement disponible pour nous. Pour mener \u00e0 bien ce type d\u2019interventions, il convient d\u2019organiser au pr\u00e9alable une bonne campagne d\u2019informations. Id\u00e9alement, celle-ci sera aussi attrayante et inspirante. Le message, de m\u00eame que la perspective, sont donc essentiels. Quand pouvons-nous attendre un feed-back ?
