The HR team of Cefic is looking for a (M\/F): HR Manager (preferably 80%)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Mission of the role:<\/em><\/strong> Reporting to the HR Director, you will:<\/em>
\nProvide operational excellence and continuous improvement in multiple HR service domains: a.o. recruitment and\u00a0selection, contract management, performance management and comp & ben.

\n\u2022 Recruitment & selection: fill the Cefic vacancies in a qualitative and efficient way (white collar). Run the\u00a0onboarding process for newcomers. Initiate and implement optimization of recruitment channels, Cefic\u00a0exposure, process lead time and process efficiency. Build the case for HR automation.
\n\u2022 Labor contract management (all types + addenda) and maintenance of Working Rules: assure full labor law\u00a0compliance, through actively following up on any new legislation and formulating implementation proposals.\u00a0Actively contribute to the move of Cefic within Brussels.
\n\u2022 Performance management: run the recurrent Performance Management processes \u2018objective setting –\u00a0midyear review \u2013 appraisal \u2013 bonus payment\u2019. Maintain and follow up on the yearly HR calendar.
\n\u2022 Comp & ben: maintain and optimize the internal equity and external benchmarking; create and maintain job\u00a0descriptions (Hay), follow up on market trends and formulate optimization proposals.
\n\u2022 HR reports and analytics: lead and optimize the recurrent reports and create new valuable HR data, with\u00a0support of the payroll manager and the HR assistant.
\n\u2022 Develop or update procedures and guidelines in the above domains.
\n\u2022 Act as back up for the payroll manager<\/p>\n
