









{"id":422,"date":"2014-11-13T17:09:53","date_gmt":"2014-11-13T15:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/wp\/?p=422"},"modified":"2015-01-19T17:11:00","modified_gmt":"2015-01-19T15:11:00","slug":"direction-des-robots-humanises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/direction-des-robots-humanises\/","title":{"rendered":"Direction des Robots Humanis\u00e9s?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"chapeau\">Un rapport, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Fast Forward 2030: The Future of Work and the Workplace \u00bb, publi\u00e9 par le cabinet de consultance CBRE et un promoteur immobilier chinois, affirme qu\u2019un changement fondamental est en train de se produire dans la fa\u00e7on dont fonctionnent les lieux de travail, et qu\u2019il aura pour cons\u00e9quence de supprimer 50% des m\u00e9tiers qui existent aujourd\u2019hui au cours des 15 prochaines ann\u00e9es. <!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Le rapport conclut en effet que l\u2019intelligence artificielle allait transformer les entreprises et les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par leurs employ\u00e9s. Les m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation, \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, ainsi que de vastes pans de \u00ab middle management \u00bb sont condamn\u00e9s par ces \u00e9volutions, et devraient dispara\u00eetre. Les nouvelles professions exigeront des comp\u00e9tences en intelligence cr\u00e9ative, en intelligence \u00e9motionnelle et sociale, ou la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Le rapport pr\u00e9cise que ces activit\u00e9s seront bien plus \u00e9panouissantes que les emplois actuels.<\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions de cette \u00e9tude rappellent les r\u00e9sultats des travaux publi\u00e9s en septembre 2013 par deux chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Oxford, C. Frey et M. Osborne. Ces derniers avaient men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude qui indique que 47% des emplois d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui pourraient \u00eatre automatis\u00e9s au cours des deux prochaines d\u00e9cennies. Leur essai, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab The Future of Employment: How Susceptible are Jobs to Computerisation? \u00bb affirme que 702 types de professions seront remplac\u00e9es dans les 20 prochaines ann\u00e9es par un ordinateur.<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons par ailleurs les r\u00e9centes sorties m\u00e9diatiques des patrons fondateurs de Google estimant que les robots auront remplac\u00e9 les humains vers 2035 pour un monde meilleur\u2026 Une vision qui laisse plus d\u2019un observateur perplexe mais qui ne manque d\u2019inqui\u00e9ter dans des secteurs aussi sensibles que la d\u00e9fense par exemple. Au-del\u00e0, c\u2019est un nouveau mod\u00e8le de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui est en jeu (vers une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de loisirs en priorit\u00e9?) et plus particuli\u00e8rement encore, un nouveau mod\u00e8le d\u2019organisation du march\u00e9 de travail. <\/p>\n<p>Comme le soulignait le quotidien Lib\u00e9ration dans une tribune publi\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin du mois d\u2019octobre dernier, <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les forts taux de croissance ne reviendront plus, et nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s supportent mal 10% de ch\u00f4meurs. Mais bient\u00f4t ce seront 30%, ou plus, des travailleurs d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui qui seront remplac\u00e9s par des syst\u00e8mes robotis\u00e9s. Nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont-elles pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 supporter l\u2019ingression de tels taux de ch\u00f4mage ? Le travail est un facteur d\u2019identit\u00e9 et d\u2019int\u00e9gration sociale irrempla\u00e7able pour la majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre nous. Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019oisivet\u00e9 nous reste tout simplement inimaginable. Serons-nous n\u00e9anmoins capables de l\u2019inventer ? Que veulent dire les notions de progr\u00e8s si nous faisons l\u2019\u00e9conomie de cette r\u00e9flexion ? La robotisation qui arrive impose \u00e0 nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de se repenser sans le travail comme norme\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il est grand temps de nous pencher sur cette probl\u00e9matique esquiss\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le dossier Peoplesphere de ce mois de novembre consacr\u00e9 au design et au d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel.
