Et nos entreprises se sont progressivement adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la situation en d\u00e9veloppant leur flexibilit\u00e9 et leur capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9action en temps r\u00e9el. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous avons la possibilit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier et d\u2019acheter des biens et services \u00e0 travers le monde, de \u2018dealer\u2019 avec des partenaires que nous n\u2019avons jamais rencontr\u00e9s et qui travaillent dans des contr\u00e9es \u00e9loign\u00e9es soumises \u00e0 d\u2019autres fuseaux horaires et \u00e0 d\u2019autres r\u00e9gimes de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, les m\u00e9dia sociaux auxquels nous sommes connect\u00e9s tournent eux aussi en continu et pour une grande majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre nous, c\u2019est en dehors des heures classiques de travail que nous veillons \u00e0 la promotion de notre identit\u00e9 digitale. Simple divertissement personnel\u00a0? N\u00e9gatif. Ceci nous ram\u00e8ne in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019affaires qu\u2019il serait sot de ne pas saisir.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le principe du client roi pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 son paroxysme constitue certainement l\u2019argument d\u00e9finitif pour justifier la pertinence d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence permanente de nos entreprises sur le march\u00e9. L\u2019application du principe de \u2018customer centricity\u2019 \u2013 \u00e0 traduire simplement par la mise en place d\u2019une organisation r\u00e9solument centr\u00e9e sur le client \u2013 impose \u00e0 nos collaborateurs de tout pr\u00e9voir pour que les moindres d\u00e9sirs de ce dernier puissent \u00eatre rencontr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un plan purement op\u00e9rationnel, cette course en avant vers davantage de prestations et de services n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment probl\u00e9matique\u2026 \u00e0 condition que les effectifs augmentent en cons\u00e9quence et que les outils permettent de suivre un rythme sup\u00e9rieur. Evidemment, ce n\u2019est que rarement le cas\u00a0! Et lorsque l\u2019entreprise ne parvient pas \u00e0 enclencher pour atteindre une nouvelle vitesse de croisi\u00e8re, les cons\u00e9quences ne se font pas attendre\u00a0: la fatigue augmente au sein des \u00e9quipes et la qualit\u00e9 des prestations tend \u00e0 diminuer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Adapter les structures ou les comportements\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comment pr\u00e9venir cette possible d\u00e9rive et \u2018prot\u00e9ger\u2019 en quelque sorte \u00e0 la fois l\u2019organisation et ses travailleurs face \u00e0 ce risque de d\u00e9bordement\u00a0? Ainsi, le dopage, pourtant consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une pratique illicite dans la plupart des disciplines, semble parfois encourag\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise o\u00f9 le recours aux substances qui am\u00e9liorent les performances est monnaie courante\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Bref, le flux continu du travail impose petit \u00e0 petit de nouvelles r\u00e8gles de fonctionnement \u00e0 nos organisations\u2026 Il les soumet parfois \u00e0 des choix corn\u00e9liens.
