Apr\u00e8s avoir lanc\u00e9 l&rsquo;appli SWOP destin\u00e9e \u00e0 faciliter consid\u00e9rablement la proc\u00e9dure de candidature, Accent (House of HR) lance \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent &lsquo;NOWJOBS&rsquo;, un nouvel outil digital qui veut tenir compte des besoins des candidats qui souhaitent gagner un peu d&rsquo;argent rapidement et des besoins des secteurs de l\u2019horeca, de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel et du commerce de d\u00e9tail souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries temporaires de personnel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019appli SWOP permet aux demandeurs d\u2019emploi de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger rapidement un selfie et une vid\u00e9o, mais aussi de surfer \u00e0 travers un \u00e9ventail de 6000 offres d\u2019emploi. Accent poursuit dans cette voie en proposant une nouvelle appli qui permet aux jeunes de trouver tr\u00e8s rapidement un emploi temporaire. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre nouvelle application leur permet de parcourir rapidement l\u2019offre de jobs temporaires et de d\u00e9crocher un petit boulot le jour m\u00eame.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette\u00a0nouvelle appli\u00a0veut r\u00e9pondre\u00a0\u00e0 la flexibilisation croissante du march\u00e9 du travail. De m\u00eame, les jeunes sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 combiner \u00e9tudes et jobs temporaires. Ainsi, au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2016, 245 000 \u00e9tudiants jobistes \u00e9taient actifs sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. La loi les autorise d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 travailler 475 heures par an. Par ailleurs, 180.000 personnes poss\u00e9daient plus d\u2019un emploi tandis que 20.000 exer\u00e7aient un flexi-job. En 2017, ce nombre devrait s&rsquo;\u00e9lever \u00e0 80 000. Comme le\u00a0souligne Eline David, Marketing Manager de NOWJOBS, <em>\u00a0\u00bb le march\u00e9 du travail a subi de profonds changements en profondeur et qu\u2019il doit \u00eatre abord\u00e9 diff\u00e9remment. C&rsquo;est ce que nous faisons avec &lsquo;NOWJOBS&rsquo;.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Approche id\u00e9ale pour l\u2019horeca, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel et le retail<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;appli\u00a0aide non seulement les candidats qui veulent travailler autrement et de mani\u00e8re plus souple, mais aussi, et plus particuli\u00e8rement, les secteurs de l\u2019horeca, de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel et du commerce de d\u00e9tail qui doivent pouvoir embaucher du personnel d\u2019appoint de fa\u00e7on flexible pour remplacer les employ\u00e9s malades ou faire face \u00e0 des pics d\u2019activit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vus et impr\u00e9vus. \u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis l\u2019instauration de la caisse blanche, les probl\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques du secteur de l&rsquo;horeca, soumis souvent \u00e0 des charges salariales trop \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 suscit\u00e9 beaucoup d&rsquo;attention\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> fait observer Peter Ingelbrecht. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est clair \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent que ce probl\u00e8me pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9solu en partie en recourant davantage aux flexi-jobs dans ce secteur, mais \u00e9galement dans le secteur du retail. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 \u00ab NOWJOBS \u00bb, nous donnons \u00e0 ces secteurs la possibilit\u00e9 de combler imm\u00e9diatement des p\u00e9nuries temporaires de personnel, en leur proposant des travailleurs particuli\u00e8rement motiv\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Rapide et flexible, mais tout \u00e0 fait correct<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rapidit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9 sont les mots cl\u00e9s. Sans pour autant b\u00e2cler le traitement administratif du dossier. L\u2019appli pr\u00e9voit en effet la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir d\u2019embl\u00e9e un contrat clair et d\u2019assurer d\u00e8s le lendemain la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des prestations.
