A peine un quart des entreprises (27%), tiennent sous contr\u00f4le les principales menaces qui p\u00e8sent sur elles. C&rsquo;est le taux le plus bas enregistr\u00e9 depuis qu\u2019Aon, courtier en assurances et conseiller en risques, a commenc\u00e9 les Global Risk Management Survey. Les \u00e9volutions \u00e9conomiques, d\u00e9mographiques et g\u00e9opolitiques, ainsi que le rythme soutenu des avanc\u00e9es technologiques transforment les risques traditionnels pour les entreprises mondiales, ajoutant un nouveau degr\u00e9 d\u2019urgence et de complexit\u00e9 aux anciens d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atteinte \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation\/marque est rest\u00e9e le risque num\u00e9ro un pour les entreprises. Si les produits d\u00e9fectueux, les pratiques commerciales frauduleuses et la corruption restent les principales menaces pour la r\u00e9putation, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ont largement amplifi\u00e9 leur impact, rendant les entreprises plus vuln\u00e9rables. En outre, les risques traditionnellement inassurables deviennent plus volatils et il est plus difficile de s\u2019y pr\u00e9parer et de les att\u00e9nuer.<\/p>\n<p>La cybercriminalit\u00e9, qui a fait un bond spectaculaire de la neuvi\u00e8me \u00e0 la cinqui\u00e8me place cette ann\u00e9e, a maintenant rejoint une longue liste de causes susceptibles de provoquer de co\u00fbteuses interruptions d\u2019activit\u00e9. C\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui la principale pr\u00e9occupation parmi les entreprises d\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la fr\u00e9quence des violations informatiques augmente et que les plans de r\u00e9ponse aux incidents sont devenus plus complexes du fait des r\u00e9glementations et des obligations de divulgation. Cette tendance \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de divulgation s\u2019observe \u00e9galement sur le plan international, par exemple avec l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur des General Data Protection Regulations de l\u2019UE en 2018. Les pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la cybercriminalit\u00e9 resteront donc importantes pour les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Les risques\/incertitudes politiques, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment class\u00e9s \u00e0 la 15e place, ont r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le top 10 des risques en neuvi\u00e8me position. En m\u00eame temps, la pr\u00e9paration au risque a chut\u00e9 de 39 pour cent en 2015 \u00e0 27 pour cent actuellement. Fait int\u00e9ressant, les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s qui \u00e9taient traditionnellement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une certaine stabilit\u00e9 politique sont devenus des sources de volatilit\u00e9 et d\u2019incertitude. Ceci constitue une pr\u00e9occupation pour les entreprises, en particulier pour celles qui op\u00e8rent sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents. En outre, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les derni\u00e8res 2017 Risk Maps d\u2019Aon, qui couvrent le risque politique, le terrorisme et la violence politique, le protectionnisme commercial est \u00e0 la hausse, tandis que les cotes du terrorisme et de la violence politique sont \u00e0 leur plus haut depuis 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Les technologies disruptives\/l\u2019innovation sont un risque \u00e9mergent que les participants ont class\u00e9 en 20e position cette ann\u00e9e, mais on peut d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9dire qu\u2019elles figureront dans le top 10 des risques d\u2019ici 2020. Avec l\u2019introduction et l\u2019adoption r\u00e9cente de nouvelles technologies, comme les drones, les voitures sans conducteur et la robotique de pointe, les entreprises prennent de plus en plus conscience de l\u2019impact de l\u2019innovation. Les r\u00e9pondants de plusieurs secteurs industriels \u2013 et pas seulement du secteur technologique \u2013 r\u00e9alisent l\u2019importance des perturbateurs potentiels issus tant de leurs propres rangs que de secteurs ext\u00e9rieurs au leur.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0noter encore que l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer ou \u00e0 retenir des talents pourrait s\u2019accentuer si les politiques d\u2019immigration changent en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et en Europe, o\u00f9 les secteurs technologiques ont longtemps eu recours \u00e0 des immigr\u00e9s de talent attir\u00e9s aux quatre coins du monde.<\/p>\n<p><em>R\u00e9alis\u00e9 durant le quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2016, le 2017 Global Risk Management Survey d\u2019Aon a r\u00e9uni des donn\u00e9es recueillies aupr\u00e8s de 1.843 r\u00e9pondants d\u2019entreprises publiques et priv\u00e9es du monde entier, ce qui en fait le plus haut taux de r\u00e9ponse depuis le lancement de l\u2019\u00e9tude et une des plus vastes \u00e9tudes du genre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2017 Aon Global Risk Management Survey &#8211; les 10 principaux risques identifi\u00e9s:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
