Dans 40% des entreprises, on estime que les leaders ne sont pas suffisamment pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis du futur.\u00a0\u00bb Seul un quart des entreprises sond\u00e9es auraient d&rsquo;ailleurs mis en place des plans de succession pour les fonctions de direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou de middle management.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a sollicit\u00e9 2221 responsables RH en provenance de 13 pays en vue de ranger leurs 5 priorit\u00e9s dans le domaine du talent management. A la premi\u00e8re place: le manque de talents pour les fonctions-cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les experts du prestataire de services RH pr\u00e9cisent enfin que, de leurs contacts avec les dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprise, les directeurs RH ou leurs coll\u00e8gues consultants, \u00ab\u00a0il ressort qu&rsquo;un processus de d\u00e9veloppement de Hight Potential repose toujours sur 4 piliers (les fameux E): Exp\u00e9rience (exp\u00e9rimenter de nouveaux aspects d&rsquo;une fonction), Exposure (apprentissage \u00e0 travers du coaching, du mentorat ou des mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence), Education (d\u00e9veloppement des aptitudes et des comp\u00e9tences) et Efficacit\u00e9 (\u00e9valuation des r\u00e9sultats du programme et de la progression du potentiel).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;une des derni\u00e8res enqu\u00eates mondiales de Right Management \u00e0 de quoi inqui\u00e9ter les entreprises.
