Le retour de l&rsquo;optimisme sur le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi profite directement aux acteurs de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim, du recrutement et de la formation. La forte exigence de flexibilit\u00e9 reste primordiale par ailleurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ainsi, le secteur du travail int\u00e9rimaire affiche pour 2016 une croissance positive, et ce pour la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive. L\u2019activit\u00e9 a en effet enregistr\u00e9 une progression de 9,3%. En 2016, 652.338 personnes ont acc\u00e9d\u00e9 au march\u00e9 du travail par le biais de l\u2019int\u00e9rim, ce qui correspond \u00e0 109.399 \u00e9quivalents temps plein. Jamais ce chiffre n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9. Nous observons une m\u00eame \u00e9volution positive dans les trois r\u00e9gions du pays\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, indique Herwig Muyldermans, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Federgon. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants qui ont travaill\u00e9 par le biais de l\u2019int\u00e9rim est en hausse (232.919). Mais, c\u2019est surtout la proportion de profils plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s qui saute aux yeux : 16,7% des travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires ont 45 ans et plus. La part des int\u00e9rimaires de 50 ans et plus a augment\u00e9 de 17,2%, et la part des 55 ans et plus enregistre une hausse de 21,2%. Le secteur de l\u2019int\u00e9rim d\u00e9montre ainsi \u00e0 nouveau son r\u00f4le en tant qu\u2019instrument qui facilite l\u2019acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 du travail\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, d\u2019autres secteurs de Federgon enregistrent aussi de bons r\u00e9sultats. Le secteur du Recruitment, Search &amp; Selection et le secteur de l\u2019Int\u00e9rim Management montrent une \u00e9volution positive similaire avec plus de 10% de croissance en 2016. Le secteur des titres-services a bien dig\u00e9r\u00e9 la r\u00e9gionalisation et a vu le nombre d\u2019heures prest\u00e9es augmenter de 2,9%.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le march\u00e9 reste perturb\u00e9&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La digitalisation, l\u2019automatisation et l\u2019\u00e9conomie disruptive vont accro\u00eetre la volatilit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail. En outre, les d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite au sein de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du baby-boom provoquent des tensions suppl\u00e9mentaires sur ce march\u00e9. L\u2019int\u00e9gration des allochtones et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s demeure aussi un d\u00e9fi tr\u00e8s ardu. Les prestataires de services RH ont un r\u00f4le crucial \u00e0 jouer pour g\u00e9rer les flux entrants et sortants sur le march\u00e9 du travail, ainsi que la r\u00e9tention de personnel, et pour veiller \u00e0 ce que les transitions sur le march\u00e9 du travail se passent bien.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est essentiel que l\u2019assouplissement du recours au travail int\u00e9rimaire dans les services publics se poursuive. Des pas importants ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 franchis, mais il faut maintenant finaliser ce dossier dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais. L\u2019introduction du travail int\u00e9rimaire dans le secteur public est pr\u00e9vu dans les accords de gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et flamand\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement pour tous les prestataires, est une autre priorit\u00e9 de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans le cadre de l\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie, il est clair que tout le monde doit avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation. Mais, il est aussi important que tous les prestataires de formation puissent appliquer le m\u00eame tarif TVA, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir \u00eatre comp\u00e9titifs sur un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concurrentiel.
