Quelles sont les initiatives RH qui permettent aux entreprises de contribuer aux probl\u00e9matiques cl\u00e9s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral? Comment int\u00e9grer les questions essentielles et les enjeux \u00e9conomiques majeurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans la strat\u00e9gie de nos entreprises? Est-il possible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la valeur tout en donnant un sens profond \u00e0 la mission et au business de l&rsquo;entreprise?<\/p>\n<p>Objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9rique du Congr\u00e8s: sortir du quotidien. Le dispositif nous le permet, nous devons tous profiter de cette opportunit\u00e9 pour changer les perspectives, en montrant qu\u2019il est possible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la valeur tout en donnant un sens profond \u00e0 la mission et au business de nos entreprises. Dur\u00e9e du vol : 2 heures 30.<br \/>\n\u2022 A notre arriv\u00e9e sur place, direction Plaza de Espana pour un premier cocktail donnant le coup d\u2019envoi du 15\u00e8me congr\u00e8s.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vers 19 heures, transfert, en car, des participants vers l\u2019h\u00f4tel Sevilla Center****. L&rsquo;h\u00f4tel se trouve entre le centre historique et la gare principale. Son style est moderne et marie couleurs chaudes, marbre et mobilier en bois fonc\u00e9.<br \/>\n\u2022 D\u00eener sous forme de buffet puis, en cours de soir\u00e9e, d\u00e9couverte nocturne du centre de S\u00e9ville.<\/p>\n<h3><u>Jeudi 19\/04<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, les s\u00e9ances de travail du congr\u00e8s se tiendront \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Sevilla Center qui nous h\u00e9berge. Les sessions de travail d\u00e9marrent le jeudi. Elles sont programm\u00e9es, pour les 2 jours, de 09h00 \u00e0 17h40.<\/p>\n<h4>Matin : premi\u00e8re session<\/h4>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Introduction du Congr\u00e8s<\/strong> par la Pr\u00e9sidente 2007, <strong>Laurence Vanh\u00e9e<\/strong> &#8211; VP Executive HR IBA et Pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019association Alter forHum<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>\u00ab Nouveau paradigme g\u00e9opolitique et de management \u00bb<\/strong>, une session aliment\u00e9e par les contributions du philosophe fran\u00e7ais et ex-Commissaire au Bureau du Plan <strong>Alain Etchegoyen<\/strong> et <strong>Mark Dolfyn<\/strong>, Corporate HR Development Manager Umicore.<br \/>\nEn cl\u00f4ture, <strong>Richard Savage<\/strong> (The future of work) balisera les enjeux du workshop de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La possibilit\u00e9 est offerte aux accompagnants de visiter et, pourquoi pas, de profiter des r\u00e9put\u00e9s Bains Orientaux dans une atmosph\u00e8re arabo-andalouse, o\u00f9 la musique se m\u00eale \u00e0 la subtilit\u00e9 des senteurs, pour combiner au plaisir du bain, les bienfaits de l&rsquo;aromath\u00e9rapie.
