Tendances majeures: une implication renforc\u00e9e de la direction, un processus de plus en plus long et le d\u00e9marrage de celui-ci avant m\u00eame l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en service des nouveaux collaborateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Top Employers Institute analyse chaque ann\u00e9e la politique du personnel de grandes entreprises belges en les invitant \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer sur neuf sujets relatifs aux RH en vue de d\u00e9gager un certain nombre de tendances annuelles. Parmi celles-ci: l\u2019onboarding ou int\u00e9gration des nouveaux collaborateurs sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui plus que jamais, nos entreprises ont pris conscience que les premiers mois jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l\u2019image que se forge un nouveau collaborateur de son employeur. Elles souscrivent de plus en plus \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie bien d\u00e9finie en mati\u00e8re d\u2019onboarding, qui d\u00e9passe largement le cadre d\u2019une simple journ\u00e9e d\u2019accueil.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse du Top Employers Institute constate en effet que l\u2019accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs couvre aujourd\u2019hui plusieurs semaines, voire plusieurs mois. Les entreprises d\u00e9veloppent des programmes d\u00e9taill\u00e9s incluant aussi bien des composantes g\u00e9n\u00e9rales que sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la fonction, qui peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es selon les diff\u00e9rents postes et niveaux.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019est donc gu\u00e8re surprenant de voir \u00e9voluer la mission et les responsabilit\u00e9s du d\u00e9partement RH lors de l\u2019accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs. Si celui-ci organisait jadis une journ\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019entreprise et de sa strat\u00e9gie, nous observons\u00a0aujourd\u2019hui que la direction elle-m\u00eame joue un r\u00f4le actif dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouvelles recrues. Chez 80 % des entreprises interrog\u00e9es, la direction contribue activement \u00e0 l\u2019onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs. Lors de la journ\u00e9e d\u2019accueil, ils pr\u00e9sentent par exemple l\u2019entreprise et les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise (93 %) ou prennent le temps de rencontrer personnellement les nouveaux venus (83 %) \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019un lunch ou d\u2019un drink informel.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la direction n\u2019est pas la seule \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer. Les coll\u00e8gues directs s\u2019activent \u00e9galement pour initier le plus vite possible les nouvelles recrues. Le nombre d\u2019entreprises qui forment leurs collaborateurs au r\u00f4le qu\u2019ils ont \u00e0 jouer dans l\u2019onboarding augmente de 11 % par rapport \u00e0 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe en outre une conviction accrue que le lien avec l\u2019entreprise se cr\u00e9e d\u00e8s avant le premier jour de travail. 27 % des Top Employers belges donnent aux nouveaux collaborateurs la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une plateforme en ligne avant m\u00eame de commencer \u00e0 travailler, par exemple via une appli de bienvenue ou un groupe facebook. Cela facilite les choses lorsque le premier jour de travail arrive effectivement, tout en permettant au collaborateur d\u2019int\u00e9grer une partie des informations \u00e0 son propre rythme.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Chez Bayer, les nouveaux collaborateurs re\u00e7oivent d\u00e8s la signature du contrat un acc\u00e8s au portail HelloBayer Onboarding, o\u00f9 ils peuvent trouver toutes sortes d\u2019informations utiles avant leur premier jour de travail. Le nouveau collaborateur est ainsi confirm\u00e9 dans son choix vis-\u00e0-vis de Bayer en ayant la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019absorber les informations \u00e0 son rythme en ce qui concerne l\u2019historique, la strat\u00e9gie, la structure, la vision et les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise. Le portail d\u2019onboarding contient en outre une rubrique consacr\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifiquement aux premiers jours de travail, avec des informations tr\u00e8s pratiques\u00a0comme o\u00f9 se garer, que faire en cas de maladie le jour de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en fonction, o\u00f9 d\u00e9jeuner et o\u00f9 retirer son badge. Bref, le collaborateur arrive mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et plus motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 son premier jour de travail chez Bayer\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Erik Opsteyn, Learning &amp; Development Manager chez Bayer.<\/p>\n<p>Les effets d\u2019une bonne strat\u00e9gie d\u2019onboarding ne jouent pas seulement en faveur de l\u2019employeur, mais se traduisent aussi par une diminution des d\u00e9parts volontaires dans les trois ou six premiers mois.
