Dans tous les cas, les deux entreprises s&rsquo;associent afin de concurrencer les secr\u00e9tariats sociaux traditionnels et offrir aux employeurs belges une alternative 100% digitale.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le bureau de conseil BDO lance une alternative digitale au secr\u00e9tariat social traditionnel, et ce en collaboration avec l\u2019entreprise informatique Cegeka. <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la l\u00e9gislation sociale est en perp\u00e9tuel changement et que la fiscalit\u00e9 et les nouvelles technologies sont de plus en plus complexes, les secr\u00e9tariats sociaux n\u2019ont souvent plus de r\u00e9ponse toute faite \u00e0 donner aux employeurs belges. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce nouveau service, BDO souhaite, l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, tripler son chiffre d\u2019affaires sur le plan du conseil en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les deux acteurs d\u00e9clarent : <em>\u00ab\u00a0au jour d\u2019aujourd&rsquo;hui, 90% des PME belges travaillent avec un secr\u00e9tariat social reconnu. Ce n\u2019est pas illogique, puisque la l\u00e9gislation sociale devient de plus en plus complexe en Belgique, mais \u00e0 cause de cette complexit\u00e9 et des solutions informatiques obsol\u00e8tes, les employeurs doivent faire preuve de patience s\u2019ils souhaitent payer leurs employ\u00e9s correctement et \u00e0 temps. Le secr\u00e9tariat social traditionnel est donc d\u00e9sormais en concurrence avec de nouveaux acteurs poss\u00e9dant une approche informatique extr\u00eame. La nouvelle plateforme en ligne que nous proposons devient l\u2019un des challengers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Besoin d&rsquo;une expertise plus large.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 longtemps que les ressources humaines ne se limitent plus \u00e0 l\u2019administration correcte des salaires. Il s\u2019agit aussi de fournir des conseils fiscaux concernant les salaires et l\u2019emploi, de g\u00e9rer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, d\u2019effectuer des \u00e9valuations et de donner des conseils en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;orientation professionnelle, mais aussi d\u2019apporter un soutien international. Beaucoup de secr\u00e9tariats sociaux ne disposent plus de toute l\u2019expertise n\u00e9cessaire pour aider les employeurs \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre leurs probl\u00e8mes en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Administration rapide et flexible des salaires<\/p>\n<p>Selon les deux entreprises partenaires, les RH peinent \u00e0 entrer pleinement dans l&rsquo;\u00e8re digitale. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La plupart des secr\u00e9tariats sociaux poss\u00e8dent des infrastructures informatiques obsol\u00e8tes. L\u2019utilisation de telles infrastructures constitue donc de nombreux obstacles et repr\u00e9sente une grande perte de temps pour les employeurs qui souhaitent recourir \u00e0 la digitalisation.\u00a0Les employeurs souhaitent avoir plus d\u2019autonomie et moins de travail : ne pas devoir effectuer de changement d\u2019adresse dans 5 syst\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents ni introduire une demande de cong\u00e9 dans un certain d\u00e9lai. Et ils souhaitent pouvoir effectuer toutes ces t\u00e2ches sans avoir besoin de l\u2019intervention d&rsquo;un secr\u00e9tariat social.
