Raison pour laquelle Federgon insiste pour une politique d&rsquo;activation plus volontariste que jamais.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9conomie belge conna\u00eet une croissance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e depuis quatre ans d\u00e9j\u00e0. Au 1er trimestre 2017, l\u2019activit\u00e9 a progress\u00e9 de 0,6% par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Sur une base annuelle, le PIB affiche une hausse de 1,6%. On note donc une l\u00e9g\u00e8re acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la croissance par rapport \u00e0 2016 ! La confiance des chefs d\u2019entreprise a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement recul\u00e9 au 4\u00e8me trimestre mais reste \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les param\u00e8tres du march\u00e9 du travail s&rsquo;affichent de plus en plus dans le vert, et les secteurs de Federgon facilitent au maximum la conversion de la croissance \u00e9conomique sur le terrain de l&#8217;emploi.\u00a0\u00bb <\/em>explique Paul Verschueren (Federgon)<em>. \u00ab\u00a0Cependant, les d\u00e9fis ne manquent pas dans un contexte o\u00f9 les signes de p\u00e9nuries de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre accrues se multiplient. L&rsquo;intensification des efforts d&rsquo;activation et une politique visant r\u00e9solument \u00e0 combler le d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences doivent plus que jamais \u00eatre inscrites \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour des trimestres \u00e0 venir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration souligne en effet que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le march\u00e9 du travail belge a connu son meilleur trimestre depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise \u00e9conomique de 2008. La prudence est cependant de mise. Nous faisons en moyenne moins bien que plusieurs autres pays europ\u00e9ens, et la Belgique reste confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un taux d\u2019activit\u00e9 beaucoup trop bas.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les indicateurs sont globalement positifs: <em>\u00ab\u00a0sur toute une s\u00e9rie de param\u00e8tres, comme le nombre de nouvelles offres d\u2019emploi ou le nombre de ch\u00f4meurs, le 1er trimestre 2017 a \u00e9t\u00e9 le meilleur au cours de ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le nombre de cr\u00e9ations d\u2019entreprises est au plus haut, et on enregistre tr\u00e8s peu de pertes d\u2019emploi cons\u00e9cutives \u00e0 une faillite. Le nombre de ch\u00f4meurs temporaires est de loin \u00e0 son plus bas niveau depuis dix ans, et le nombre de demandeurs d\u2019emploi indemnis\u00e9s est m\u00eame descendu au 1er trimestre au dessous de la barre symbolique des 400.000. Autre point positif : le nombre de ch\u00f4meurs qui sont sans travail depuis plus de deux ans a atteint un niveau historiquement bas.\u00a0Tous ces facteurs conjugu\u00e9s font que l\u2019emploi int\u00e9rieur a progress\u00e9 de 1,3% au 1er trimestre 2017 par rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de 2016. La demande de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre continue \u00e0 \u00e9maner principalement du secteur priv\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les secteurs de Federgon contribuent \u00e0 traduire la croissance \u00e9conomique en emplois. Le vieillissement de la population active entra\u00eene aussi une augmentation de la demande de remplacement. D\u2019autre part, sur un march\u00e9 du travail en constante \u00e9volution, les entreprises ont de plus en plus besoin de soutien dans le cadre de la GRH.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019augmentation de la demande sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9rim s\u2019est poursuivie d\u00e9but 2017 (+4,8%). Cette augmentation concerne \u00e0 la fois le travail \u00e9tudiant et le travail int\u00e9rimaire classique et se manifeste tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s que du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des ouvriers, une nouvelle fois de mani\u00e8re plus forte dans ce dernier segment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le nombre de missions de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection s\u2019est inscrit \u00e0 nouveau en hausse (+17%).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019activit\u00e9 dans le secteur du projectsourcing, quant \u00e0 elle, a rebondi apr\u00e8s plusieurs trimestres difficiles (+6,0%).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les activit\u00e9s de learning ont poursuivi sur la voie de la reprise avec une croissance de 5,2%.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les entreprises titres-services priv\u00e9es ont vu leur activit\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau augmenter (+4,4%). Seuls les\u00a0chiffres bruxellois montrent un march\u00e9 qui semble se stabiliser.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La demande sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019Int\u00e9rim Management s\u2019est inscrite en repli (-3,3%), et le secteur a donc connu un d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e difficile apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es de croissance constante.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vu la conjoncture actuelle et son influence sur le march\u00e9 du travail, le recul enregistr\u00e9 dans le secteur de l\u2019outplacement (-12,2%) n\u2019a rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant.
